Do not use Bravofly! They are a fraudulent company.
I had to cancel my flight due to school holiday date issues, & they took 3wks to respond to my request, then sent through cancellation quotes that expired or showed error before I could accept the quote and get my money back.
I found a phone number for them online +44 [protected] and rang them every day for 3 days to try to get the issue resolved.
I believe they have this set up to disallow refunds.
The issue has still not been resolved. The flight is in June but they are not allowing me to cancel or refund No matter what I do.
Would love to report this on a higher level, but they are in Europe and I’m in Australia.
How do they sleep at night?
Daylight robbery to say the least
