Brake Masters review: The damaged my vehicle and said nothing

I went to change my oil yesterday and all of the bolts securing the skid plate under my truck were stripped out and just spun without backing out. I took my truck there today and they were incredibly rude. If you damage my $30k truck and don't say anything, I have every right to be upset, but I was being pretty nice, in my opinion, for them to be giving me dirty looks and snapping at me. Very unprofessional
