Harassment Complaint – The Clark Apartments (3400 S. Clark Street, Arlington, VA 22202)

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to formally file a harassment complaint regarding the conduct of the Property Manager at The Clark Apartments, located at 3400 S. Clark Street, Arlington, VA 22202.

I initially contacted the property to inquire about available apartments and was connected with the concierge, who unfortunately did not have the information I needed. I respectfully requested to speak with a manager and was placed on hold for an extended period. After waiting without response, I hung up.
Shortly after, I received a phone call from the Property Manager. Rather than offering assistance, she immediately asked to speak with my supervisor. When I asked her why she had not responded to my earlier request, she became confrontational, and I felt compelled to disconnect the call.

Disturbingly, she then proceeded to call my place of business directly. When my supervisor arrived, we attempted to return her call. Each time, the phone was either hung up on us or answered with laughter in the background — behavior that I find extremely unprofessional and harassing.

Buzzuto is widely regarded as a professional and reputable property management company, which is why this experience was so surprising and distressing. The behavior displayed by this individual does not reflect the standards I would expect from your organization.
Please be advised that I intend to file a police report regarding this matter, as I believe these actions constitute harassment. I am also considering escalating this issue to the Virginia Fair Housing Office and the Better Business Bureau.

I request a formal investigation into this incident and appropriate disciplinary action, as well as a written response to this complaint.
