We couldn't believe how kind and professional the entire staff was from the beginning till the end of the movings (Two separate days of moving). Boyer-Rosene Moving & Storage is still working with us to have the pool table assembled for us. We also received a credit on the invoice for the workers completing the move so fast than estimated. I did a lot of research before choosing a company for our move from one location to another. The whole process from walkthrough, estimate, pick up and drop off was very professional and seamless. Both the moving and storage teams were extremely careful with every item and always asked if unsure about any items. I highly recommend Boyer-Rosene Moving & Storage for any move, definitely made a very stressful process a little easier.

I received 8 quotes from the top national movers in the US and they were the most transparent about pricing and professional. We have heard many stories about other movers charging anywhere from 20 to 50 percent more when the move was done. Boyer-Rosene did not charge us a penny more than the estimate. The movers on both sides were courteous, careful with our furniture, and a joy to work with. If we ever move again, i will be using them.

We had a great moving experience from beginning to end! Gilbert was the most organized, friendly, professional Move Coordinator we could have asked for and he treated us like family. We absolutely loved working with everyone at Boyer-Rosene. Every individual we worked with (Sales Consultant, Office Staff, Moving Staff) were professional, nice and accommodating. The moving crew worked efficiently and made sure they were within the quoted time duration. There were no hidden fees and we were able to make changes when we needed to. All of our stuff made it to our new house in perfect condition. Boyer-Rosene made moving easy and stress free. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for professional moving services!

Every interaction and step in the process was an A+ experience. The estimate was accurate and thoroughly explained. Our contact at the office anticipated and proactively handled every detail as though we were her only customer during one of the busiest moving weeks of the year. Our driver (the same driver both out and in) was thorough, upbeat, and a genius at packing the truck. Both moving teams of 5 guys were positive, professional, efficient, cheerful and a pleasure to have around. The final invoice came in under quote. Boyer-Rosene exceeded expectations from start to finish.

I needed a moving company for a Sunday morning (during all this COVOID 19 craziness) that was within 4 days of my calling. This company quickly responded, gave me multiple quotes and helped me schedule the moving. The movers showed up on the day of the move on time, and started their work promptly. They were very efficient and careful with our furniture. The company also offered a protection plan, which they encouraged but did not require which was nice. The movers checked-in to make sure they were moving everything they needed to, and that I was happy with their service. I highly recommend this company!

When picking a moving company, I checked the reviews on ComplaintsBoard.com to help me decide which companies to get estimates from. Out of the three company estimates I got, Boyer-Rosene came in the middle as far as price. But I ended up going with this company because I liked how Jim, the estimator, figured his quote. He was almost right on with his estimate, only 1/2 hr. difference. And that was due to our unforeseen new location having a stairwell that didn't work with our furniture! But Lorenzo and his crew got the job done very efficiently. When we couldn't get our big furniture where it needed to go, we agreed to just store it elsewhere on the premises and the crew wrapped everything to protect it. They were awesome! This was a temporary move for us and we will definitely be using Boyer-Rosene Moving again to make our next permanent move!

We are moving across the country and looked to Boyer-Rosene Moving & Storage to help with this undertaking. It was extremely easy to schedule the move and then reschedule when dates changed suddenly. Their representative came out to our home to estimate the amount and weight of the items we were taking with us. They worked with us, offering suggestions on what and how to pack. They offered a great deal of assistance and suggestions to help lower the cost of the move. We are currently using their storage options as our new house isn't ready yet. This option was very comforting, knowing that our belongings were stored in a climate controlled facility nearby and secured in a vault as our home won't be ready for at least 4 more weeks. The movers and their team were incredible. Not only were they timely and efficient, they were careful with our belongings and with the walls of the house we were selling. The company had forewarned us that the cost may adjust if we went over or under in the estimated weight. We knew we were probably over the estimated weight and cost, but were not prepared for how much of an increase it was. It is difficult for anyone to estimate how much a box weighs by looking at it or how many boxes it would take to pack up our belongings. However, the estimate was significantly off. Overall great service, would recommend, especially for larger move jobs! Just be prepared for an increase in the estimate.
