Joy-Haul Professional Movers and his crew did a fantastic job. They wrapped furniture to prevent damage. We had no damage or breakage. They worked hard and fast and were careful in what they moved. The cost was very reasonable, especially considering how hard they worked. They loaded trucks one day and delivered the next. It was 20 degrees with a wind chill of zero, and they worked just as hard as the day before. I would recommend Joy-Haul Professional Movers to anyone else considering a move. Thanks for a job well done!

Joy Haul truly hauls joy. Christian made our move easy, fun, and stress-free. We moved from out of state and he instructed us on how to load our belongings. He clearly communicated what we should expect on the day of the move. The Joy Haul team worked hard, smart, and fast and managed our complex move to multiple locations with kindness and patience. Shanon is strong, smart, and steady. Dan is a hard worker and fun to be around. Christian is a caring and professional leader who works hard while calmly leading his team. I have moved a lot and this experience was truly a joy. Joy Haul is our go-to moving company.

Impeccable service! In researching movers, I immediately checked the ComplaintsBoard.com reviews for area movers. Joy Haul received high rating so I decided to use them on a recent household move. I'm glad I did. John Smith and Jane Doe were the Joy Haul team members that did our move. They were great and showed considerable care for my items. They were patient while I decided where items should go in my new house. They arrived at the appointed time. They were courteous and professional. I can highly recommend them. Even before the actual move, they were instructing us on how to pack our items to avoid breakage or damage. None of our items were broken and all items made their way to our new home. The entire Joy Haul team are true professionals and know their stuff!

I had an excellent experience with Joy-Haul Professional Movers. The team was very good at communicating with me through the process. They fit my move in on the last day I had available, and the day of the move three individuals showed up with a huge truck. They moved all of my mother's fragile furniture and artwork, and didn't damage anything. The individuals worked so hard, I actually had to make them stop and take a lunch break. The price was fair, and within what I expected to pay even after tipping the whole crew and ordering pizza. (I highly recommend doing both, they deserve it!) I have to say it again, these individuals worked HARD...things didn't go as smoothly as planned, but they adjusted, did what needed to be done and they MADE IT HAPPEN. My kind of people for sure. I would highly recommend Joy-Haul Professional Movers to anyone considering hiring professional movers. They set the bar very high.

Joy Haul lives up to it's name. Chris and the guys showed up on time, worked hard start to finish and came in under quote. Very friendly, very helpful and careful with your furniture and cherished items. I have used them twice and would not hesitate to do so again.

Joy haul moved us from Indiana to Wisconsin. They did an amazing job of packing the house in Indiana and then loading the boxes and furniture into storage units in Wisconsin. Our items sat in storage for about 6 months and we just moved into our new home in Wisconsin. When unpacking our boxes it was amazing to see how excellent of a job they did when packing glass etc. Nothing has been broken. We are impressed! Thank you!

Very professional from the first contact to when they walked out the door at the end of the move. We booked our move a couple of months ahead and they were very good at communicating with us during the couple of months that we were waiting to move. They came out a couple of times to see what we were having them move. The day of the move, there were personable, polite and respectful. They were careful with our furniture and there were no mishaps. I would definitely call them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for movers.
