I had a bad experience with Boston Best Rate Movers. They won't let me have my stuff from their storage unless I sign a paper saying they're not responsible if anything gets lost or broken. I asked for an outlet for my electronics and now they want me to pay $377 to get my things back. They even wrote fake reviews about my business and are sending fake job offers to people on Angies List. They're making people pay $160 for jobs that don't exist. Can someone help me get my stuff and make them stop messing with me and other people?

Boston Best Rate Movers was the best moving experience ever. The movers came to the pick-up house and were super professional. They even had to shovel 2 feet of snow to get the fridge out a different door. When they got to the delivery address they continued to be super professional & these guys are furniture wizards at getting it past some real obstacles. When I learned how much work they had to do at the pick-up location, I feel bad I did not tip them enough. They went above and beyond. This company gets my highest recommendation. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
