BOSS Garage Door And Screen Solutions

I called Boss Door on 5.10.22 'bout my loose chain. They said they'd send someone out. Two guys came and turned a screw twice and said it was good. They didn't do anything else. Three days later, a lady called and said I owed $95. I asked why and she said it was for the service on 5.10.22. I told her they didn't do anything but turn a screw twice. She said she'd mail the bill. I called back to talk to the owner, but the guy on the phone said I already talked to him. I said no one told me there was a fee and they didn't charge me the other two times they came out. He said those were free 'cause we bought the door. He said they have service charges and I asked why they didn't tell me. He said nothing is free and he put a note on my account to not service me. Three days later, I got a bill for $95 and it said I refused to pay. They never told me there was a fee and we could have tightened the chain ourselves. Other services tell you the price upfront, but not Boss Door. I feel like the owner is harassing me now. The bill even has a place for me to sign accepting the work. It's not fair to bill me after the fact and not tell me beforehand. They have bad business ethics.
