Dear Bose Customer Service,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent delivery service provided by UPS for my order (WH24095146) with Bose. Last week, I placed an order for a Smart Ultra Sound Bar, and the estimated delivery date (1Z38A0W26802188635) was this coming Monday. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.

This marks the third time I have encountered severe delays and issues with UPS. Notably, I faced problems with their service on two occasions in Ireland and once in India. The recurring problems have left me genuinely dissatisfied as a Bose customer.

Today, I received a message from Bose notifying me that my parcel is delayed, which only added to my frustration. These repeated delays and poor service have caused me significant inconvenience, affecting my confidence in both UPS and Bose as a brand.

I kindly request compensation for the inconvenience and frustration I have experienced due to these delays. This could include a refund of any shipping fees or a discount on my order to demonstrate your commitment to customer satisfaction.

Furthermore, I urge Bose to consider using an alternative courier service for future deliveries. It is essential for Bose to maintain the high standards that customers expect from a brand of your reputation. Reliable and timely delivery is a crucial part of the overall customer experience.

I have attached the relevant order confirmation and tracking information for your reference. I hope that you take my concerns seriously and address them promptly.I want to emphasize that I placed this order for the Smart Ultra Sound Bar solely based on my unwavering trust in Bose's renowned commitment to quality and excellence. While I have not had the opportunity to personally test or experience a product demo, I firmly believed that by choosing Bose, I would receive a top-tier audio product that aligns with your esteemed brand. It is with this trust in Bose's reputation that I find myself even more disheartened by the repeated issues with UPS deliveries. I never expected such a disappointing experience from a company that I hold in high regard."
