Bosch review: Customer support sucks

I will never buy a Bosch appliance again. We had Bosch dishwasher before which lasted 15 years with no problems. So when we had a issue with we bought a new Bosch dishwasher which we have owned for 4 months. In the 4 months it has only worked for 3 weeks and dealing with there customer service is a joke they act like it is my fault for buying there. They have been out 3 times to fix it and the service technician says he can not fix and it needs to be replaced. The customer support keeps saying that it will be 3 to 5 days to review the claim which has been going on for 3 weeks now. So if you have a issue with a Bosch product you are screwed. They don't even get 1 star from me. 5 months ago they would have given them a 4 star now I will never buy another product from them again
