Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa review: Hotel charges to room

Room was charged 85.44 for a dinner at American bar and grill during my stay at bagata August 30 - Sept 3..saw the charges on my checkout in room...went down to to front desk and they said it probably was a room number mistake...went back to my room and the charge was not on account... my credit card was charged 85.44 on Sept 3 the day and checked out ..I have made at least 6 calls about this since the and never have gotten any call backs even though I was promised to have one...I never have ever eaten at American bar and grill...cannot believe the ignorance and neglect concerning customer service in this matter
