iphone 11
I ordered an iphone 11 on June 17 and I still haven't received an email when its going to be shipped. I also paid my phone bill that day and the payment went through right away. The payment for the phone was taken out from the card that was used to purchase the phone. I/m not sure whats going on but I need my phone and being with out one for almost a week is a little frustrating when I would order a replacement phone it was sent within 2 days. I've called customer service several times and I've gotten no where. One person tells me it was cancelled through the credit card company which is not true because the money was already taken out. Another person told me is was still being processed. But for it to take a week is absurd.
Desired outcome: I just want to know when I'll receive my phone. I keep getting no answers when I call customer service
Paid for my service but my line is suspended
On May 30th boost mobile took $47.76 out of my bank account 3 times. When I called to see why this happened the lady said that they dont issue out refunds and the money will be put in a wallet for future purchases and payments. I said I will just speak to my bank and get my money back. The next day I received a text stating that an error on the boost 1 app has cause my payment to be taken out multiple times and a refund will be issued within 7 to 10 business days. My bank had already issued a temporary refund for 2 payments so I was okay. On June 17th my service was cut off and I called boost to see what was going on the csr agent said I had to make a payment because I did a charge back for my payments and I voluntary suspended my line which was a lie and I told her that I paid for my service and I got 2 months refunded back to my account got the 2 extra payments you took from me. On the 20th of June, a reversal was put on my account putting my account in the negative balance and it was from boost mobile taking the 2 extra payments back that was issued by them. I was fine with that as long as my service would be restored. Hence I have called everyday at least 3 times to see what the hold up is and I get the run around by the customer service reps boost mobile has employed. Even the supervisor lied to me and gave me a bogus porter number knowing my number could not be switched. I have had enough of the lies and promises boost mobile has given me to restore my service. I think it's very unfair to be lied to and have my money taken out because of their problems with the app. I have not had any suspension for non payment since I've been with boost. I feel like I am being bullied by them and my phone is payed up but I am told they have to write a ticket to be restored and it's still not on. This is a problem that no consumer should have to go through. I am unreachable from my family and friends because of boost mobile if something was to go wrong I can not be contacted or cannot contact them.
Desired outcome: For my service to be restored and for them to compensate for the amount of time my service has been suspended.
Terrible Experience with Boost Mobile: Unreliable Service, Unhelpful Staff, and Hidden Fees
Boost Mobile is the worst company I've ever dealt with, hands down. I had two phones with another carrier that I needed to move somewhere else, so I made the terrible decision of going with Boost Mobile. It took them about three days to get my phones working again after they messed them up, and the second one never worked right. They put the wrong kind of SIM card in it, and it's a known issue that this phone (Alcatel 4052R) can lose all access to contacts if a 5G card is put in instead of 4G. I went back to the store six times, having spent maybe five hours there and driven 240 miles total. They said that's the only card they have and insisted it's working, even though it caused other problems. They were useless and offered no help.
During this several day ordeal, I must have been on the phone over five hours and just as long on chat. Good luck trying to get a human on the line, and then if you do, they will pass you around, and most of them don't seem to care at all. I have already switched to ATT, who has done great, but even trying to move my numbers to ATT, Boost held up the porting of one number so that the ATT employee was on hold with them for an hour or longer, having to call them several times.
After my first phone was finally working, I went to the website and logged in. I felt things would be okay, so I signed up for auto-pay. Later, when things just kept getting worse, I logged in to turn off auto-pay, and guess what? You can turn it on, but you can't turn it off. THEY have to turn it off for you. I wonder if this is even legal.
I paid them over $100 for less than a week of service with all their fees (it was a $15 a month prepaid plan). Since then, I have filed a complaint with the FCC, BBB, and elsewhere, and I want my money back. The store personnel seem untrained, and most don't seem to care a bit. During one visit there, talking to their rep trying to get things right, I suggested I might even picket out front, and someone else waiting in line behind me said, "I'll be right there with you."
PLEASE at least check reviews before losing your money and phone service with this place that should not exist. Phones are important to most people, sometimes it's even life or death. If you've had issues with them, PLEASE submit a complaint to the FCC. It's the only way to stop this! It only takes a minute to do. I will never again, under any circumstances, do business with Boost Mobile or their stores in Salisbury, MD.
Boost Mobile's Terrible Customer Service and False Promises: A Review
I used to be with Virgin Mobile for years and never had any issues until they merged with Boost Mobile in 2020. Recently, I disconnected one of my lines and tried to activate my phone on February 25th. I paid the $10 activation fee and was given a new number. However, it's already March 2nd and my phone still can't make or receive calls. I've spent a lot of time on the phone with Boost Mobile, even speaking to a supervisor, but they can't seem to fix the issue. To make matters worse, they won't give me a refund even though I've asked to be refunded and to have the line disconnected since it's not working.
I've been told that there's an outage, but why would they assign a new number and activate my phone during an outage? Why wasn't I informed ahead of time about this outage and why is it taking so long to fix? At one point, the supervisor claimed that the outage or "enhancement" as she called it, shouldn't affect making and receiving calls. So why isn't it working? When I asked to disconnect the service and be refunded, she told me to hold while she looks into other options to help me. After holding for about 2 minutes, she got back on the phone and told me that a refund cannot be issued because there is usage on the phone. I was shocked by this lie. How can there be usage on the phone when it never worked since activation and I've called Boost Mobile multiple times because the number and phone doesn't work?
Finally, the same supervisor told me that there are no refunds regardless of usage. So why lie in the first place by trying to use false usage as an excuse not to refund my money? Prior to speaking with the supervisor, a representative told me that she would start a case for me to get a refund and that the case would go to the financial department who would decide on the refund. I questioned why the refund couldn't be processed right then like most legitimate companies do. This prompted me to request a supervisor because something about the refund process this person was telling me felt wrong. Well, the supervisor told me that there is no financial department and that the representative gave me false information!
I've had enough of Boost Mobile's lies and terrible customer service. I've already researched and found another wireless company that I'm going to port my number and another active number with Boost Mobile to. I hope the $45 is worth losing multiple monthly payments. Thank goodness there are many other wireless companies with competitive prepaid plans and phones.
Boost Mobile Review: Frustrating Experience with Poor Customer Service and Misleading Policies
I recently had an experience with Boost Mobile that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I logged into my account on their website and ordered a phone, thinking it would be a simple process. However, when I called to activate the phone, I was told that I couldn't use it because I had a white sim card and the phone required a black sim card. I was confused and frustrated, as nowhere in the description did it mention this requirement. I asked if they could send me a new sim card, but was told that this would mean getting a new number and a different Boost account. I decided to return the phone, but this is where things got even more complicated.
As many other reviewers have mentioned, the customer service reps at Boost Mobile are not very helpful. They seem to have poor English skills and don't seem to know much about the issues customers are facing. I was put on hold multiple times just to create a return ticket, and after an hour on the phone with the same person, I was told to call back later because they couldn't create the ticket. I asked to speak to a manager and finally got someone who seemed to understand my issue. However, before they could create the ticket, the call mysteriously dropped. I called back and finally got another manager who created the ticket, but the call dropped again. I had to call a third time just to confirm my ticket number and email for the return.
It's been 42 hours since I requested the return label, but I haven't received it yet. I've been a customer of Boost Mobile for about three years, but I've noticed a decline in their service since they bought Virgin Mobile. The company seems to be going downhill, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I only spent $100 on the phone, but I spent 2.5 hours on the phone trying to return it. I'm not even sure if the return will happen at this point. I just wish I could do something with the phone, but I think I'll have to recycle it.
One thing that really bothered me was that Boost Mobile said that white sim cards are for TMobile customers and black sim cards are for AT&T customers. However, I don't see why Boost would care what kind of sim card I have if I'm already a Boost customer. Also, I know for a fact that you can change your number online without getting a new sim card. Boost Mobile seems to be lying about this requirement.
Overall, my experience with Boost Mobile was frustrating and disappointing. I hope they can improve their customer service and be more transparent about their policies in the future.
Boost Mobile Review: A Total Mess - Complicated Process for Refund
So, I gotta tell you, my experience with Boost Mobile was not great. I mean, if you're thinking about buying something from them online, just be prepared for some serious headaches. I ordered a phone for 200 bucks, but then changed my mind and tried to cancel the order the next day. But no dice, they wouldn't let me cancel it. Fast forward to a few days later, and I get a call from Boost saying that my phone was delivered. But I never got it! I live in a good neighborhood, so I don't know what happened. Anyway, I called Boost and they opened an "investigation." But then they told me I had to file a police report and send it to them. I asked for the instructions to be sent by email, but they said they couldn't do that. So I had to go through this whole complicated process of filing a police report and sending it to them. And then they told me that if the police wouldn't file a report, they couldn't refund me. What?! I talked to a bunch of different supervisors, and they all gave me different answers. It was a total mess. Finally, I had to go down to the police department and get the chief of police to write a report just so I could get my refund. And the whole time I was on the phone with Boost, they kept verifying my information and typing away. It was like they didn't trust me or something. And get this, I've been a customer for 8 years! I've given them almost 10 grand, and they treated me like this over a 200 dollar phone. So yeah, I'm done with Boost Mobile.
Boost Mobile Review: Terrible Reception, Rude Customer Service, and Double Charges
Boost Mobile caught my attention with their free new cell phone deal when you transfer your phone number to their service. They offered me an unlimited everything plan, which sounded great. However, my first month with Boost Mobile was a disaster. My phone reception was terrible, and I had frequent disconnections and dropped calls. I contacted Customer Care for Boost, and they promised me a one-month service credit of $50.00 in May for June.
When June arrived, I checked my balance, and it claimed that I owed them $50.00 with no credit at all. I called Customer Care again, and the representative I spoke to was very rude. They told me that I should have left if the reception was that bad and that I wouldn't be getting any credit from Boost Mobile. I was unhappy but couldn't switch phone companies again, so I paid my bill. Unfortunately, Boost Mobile managed to double charge my debit card, costing me $100.00 in total for a $50.00 bill. I called Customer Care once again and demanded an immediate refund, but the representative told me that Boost doesn't issue refunds, only credits for the next month's bill.
This happened in June 2021, and I didn't receive my credit in July 2021 at all. So, I decided to leave Boost Mobile and take my business elsewhere. I called Boost Mobile to request my account number, which they had never given me before, so I could transfer my phone number to my new carrier. However, the Customer Care representative refused to give me my account number, even though I was fully verified at the beginning of the call.
I had a joint Boost Mobile account with my boyfriend, and he had the same terrible phone reception as me. He called the same day to request his account number and pin number, but the Boost representative claimed that all their systems were down and couldn't give him his account number. However, they offered to reactivate his account since he hadn't paid his bill that month. It didn't make sense to us how they could activate a phone if all their systems were down. My boyfriend asked to speak to a supervisor five times, but the representative refused and hung up.
We are no longer Boost Mobile customers, and I wouldn't recommend Boost Mobile to anyone, even if the rate plan was free. Their customer service is terrible, and their reception is even worse. I suggest you run while you still can!
Boost Mobile Review: Unreliable, Dishonest, and Not Worth Your Time or Money
Boost Mobile is a company that I would not recommend to anyone. I have been a loyal customer for five years, but I have had nothing but problems with this company. In October, I had a plan with three lines before my bill renewed. I paid $107.00 for three lines before my bill restarted. I dropped the two lines and changed my plan to $50.00 a month plus a security website charge of $2.00, so a total of $52.00. This happened all before my bill renewal, in which I had the $107.00 on my account for the next month for the three lines, but unfortunately, I had to drop the two lines and have one line, which was changed to $50.00+2.00=$52.00.
I was told three times that the month of November was going to have a credit for $52, so basically, I had November paid for by Boost Mobile, which I was told three times. I had a friend go pay $52 in-store for the month of December so my bill could be paid up as an early birthday present, so my bill for me to pay next was January or 2022. So I took it upon myself to call the company and still inquire about the month of November and the credit they promised me. They did give me a credit of $52 back that I paid in-store for the month of December, so tell me why November's bill is not credited like I was promised. I am so up the par with this no good lying company that has a database to tell their agent what the next agent has done. They also have a recording stating what was said, but I still have not had my November bill paid. I am homeless, I am sick, and I had a friend pay for my bill for December month for an early birthday present, which November was supposed to have been covered. I did get a refund back for the December payment and still have not got coverage for the month of November. So today is my bill due date, and my phone will be disconnected at 12:00 tonight because I have no funds to keep the phone on, but I was promised a November pay in full because I overpaid for the month of October when I dropped the two lines that haven't been in use, and I already had the $107.00 in my account for the next month, which was November.
Boost Mobile isn't fit to fool with, please stay away. They lie to you all the time, they're useless, their phones aren't worth crap. They put bugs in your phone devices to keep you buying more phones, and their internet is slow the day you make the monthly payment for your renewal. I am so up the par I want a new phone company. But I am a person that doesn't like change, I don't like doing change, but now I'm going to change my phone company today. Customers are constantly getting lied to. Customer service is whack, lf you had a 911 call with a Boost Mobile phone, your emergency won't be answered. Let's just face it, you're dead! That's how whack they are. Don't waste your money, don't waste your time because it's not worth it. Five years with Boost Mobile was not worth it.
Nightmare Porting Process: My Experience with Boost Mobile
Boost Mobile is a company that has created a world of newspeak dystopia that would make Aldus Huxley both smug and disturbed. The process of porting your phone number to another carrier is a nightmare. The account number you need does not exist, and the generated number you need to port your phone number is a short-lived computer-generated code for one-time use to flee their system. As of 10-1-21, you have to keep asking the chat person to give you your account number, which takes 20 to 30 times till a sign-in box appears. Click the sign-in box to go to a page where you supply your phone number, actual account number, and pin number. This generates a 6-digit number, NOT a faux account number. This 6-digit number is used to generate the fake account number that is supposed to get your phone number ported. Boost gives you info backward so it is not useful.
I had to abuse the no-service personnel, yelling and saying they were lying and telling them I would keep it up till I received the fake account number I needed. This took over 2 years. They offered a lower rate over 2 years ago to install an upgraded sim, but Boost lied, and there was no lower rate. I tried porting to Track phone, tried for days, but did not figure out their convoluted system. Then I tried to port to Tello, but could not penetrate the system built not to be penetrated. Boost stole over $1000 in this way. The current convoluted system will be changed to make it harder to penetrate the system. I also created great anxiety in the Boost staff so they would want me out of Boost, so Boost will probably try to insulate the staff.
If you are not using Boost, do not use them unless you are willing to walk away from the phone number you use with them. If you are trying to port away from Boost, my next step would have been to contact my US Rep and Senator. I am in a progressive state, and they have good constituent services. That will not work in states where the citizen has no real recourse. If you want to use my advice on creating anxiety in the Boost personnel so they want you gone, have the company gaining your business call Boost on a 3-way call. The other phone companies get right into the Boost system, and you will compress the timeline and reduce your wait time. This also works to put constant irritation in the Boost people so they will want you out of Boost.
Welcome to Brave New World, as Huxley predicted. The site asks me to tell you who I am. I was an electronic repairman in the service. I have an undergraduate accounting degree and MBA, Practiced for 18 years. Have done thousands of tax returns and compliance information. I taught myself 7 trades to operate my print shop for over 2 decades. I currently operate a very slow, pandemic economy, antique store. My proof of purchase is credit card entries that I do not know how to get a picture of into this computer. I do not use a computer for the antique store, thus those skills have deteriorated since the print shop has been closed.
Boost Mobile Review: Multiple Lies and Poor Customer Service in Unlocking My Phone
I was with Boost Mobile for a year and a half and I paid in cash for my phone when I signed up for their service. The service was decent, but I did have an issue with the text messages being split into small packets and received in a random order. It seemed like outdated technology to me.
In November of 2019, I switched to Sprint and got a new phone. After a month of overlapping service, I tried to get my old phone unlocked so I could give it to a relative. I was told it was no problem, but that was a lie. This happened on December 30th.
By January 3rd, my phone was still not unlocked. I called and was told it would take another 48 hours due to the holidays and high volume. I asked if they worked on weekends and was told they did, but that was another lie. I waited until January 9th before calling again. I was told they would expedite my request and it would only take 24 more hours, but that was also a lie. I needed to cancel my service to stop the next month's charge, but I was assured it would not affect the unlocking process. That was yet another lie.
Each time I called, I had to give them the IMEI number, phone number, PIN, age, make, and model of the phone. I asked if they had notes, but was told they could only see the current call. That was another lie. On January 12th, I finally got someone who read me all of the notes and explained that since I was no longer a current customer, my request would take 10 to 14 business days. He apologized and gave me all the information I needed. He also asked me to wait until January 20th before calling back in case it did not get unlocked.
Unfortunately, the phone was still not unlocked by January 24th. When I called again, I was told that the phone was unlocked on December 31st and that I didn't know what I was talking about. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but he only repeated the same thing and cut me off by reading scripted company policies. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he terminated the call.
Overall, I would not recommend Boost Mobile. They lied to me multiple times and were not helpful in unlocking my phone. If I could give them a 0 star rating, I would.
Boost Mobile Review: Deceptive Marketing and Terrible Customer Service
I've been a Boost Mobile customer for over 10 years now, and I've had my fair share of experiences with them. Recently, I decided to purchase a new iPhone from their website, paying full-price so that I wouldn't be tied to any contracts or leases. However, I soon found out that phones purchased through their website are locked to the Boost network for a year, and the SIM-card reader is also locked. This means that even if you purchase the phone outright, you're still locked into a year-long contract with Boost.
The worst part of this whole experience was the customer service. Their automated system is terrible, and their call-back system doesn't work at all. If you need to speak to a human, you're better off just waiting on hold for 30-60 minutes. When I did speak to representatives, they all gave me different information, and none of them seemed to have any notes on my case. I had to explain my issue to a new person each time I called for help.
I eventually started asking to speak to a manager or supervisor, hoping that they could access different systems and help me out. I explained that I had been a customer for over 10 years and that I just wanted my phone unlocked from their network. Some said they would place a request to unlock my phone, but it never worked. Others said it was impossible. In the end, a higher-up suggested that I sell my brand new phone to a third-party, buy a new one that was unlocked, and switch service providers. This is unacceptable. I just bought a phone from them at full-price, and now they're suggesting that I sell it and buy a new one? It's ridiculous.
Overall, I would not recommend Boost Mobile to anyone. Their deceptive marketing and terrible customer service make them a terrible company to deal with. If you're thinking about getting anything from Boost, don't do it. You'll regret it.
Frustrating Experience with Boost Mobile: Delayed Sim Card, Payment Issues, and Poor Customer Service
Boost Mobile had a promotion where you could buy one month of service and get a free sim card. I decided to take advantage of this offer and purchased two one-month services on December 30th. I paid $50 per sim plus tax, which came to a total of $109. However, I did not receive my first sim until January 6th, which was a bit frustrating.
I have my own phone that I wanted to bring over to Boost and port my old number through. I followed the directions on the packaging to activate the service, but I ran into a problem. I was prompted to make a $50 payment, even though I had already paid for the service. I contacted customer service through chat, and they assured me that the phone number might take some time to port over. They told me to wait for two hours, so I did. Unfortunately, nothing happened, and my husband's phone could not make or receive calls.
I decided to call customer care, but the representative I spoke to had a foreign accent, which made it difficult for me to understand him. He kept telling me that I did not purchase the service or make a payment, even though I had two order numbers to prove it. He said he did not have access to look up the order numbers, and he refused to transfer me to a supervisor. I hung up and called back, hoping to speak to someone else. This time, the representative understood my concern, but she transferred me to a line that kept me on hold for over 30 minutes.
At this point, I was frustrated and decided to open a customer service chat. I asked for a refund, and the representative asked me to explain my story again. He told me that since I ordered the service/sim card online, it would take up to 7-10 working days after I received the sim to receive a "reboost pin" that I could use when paying my bill. This was never explained to me when I purchased the service or sim, and I was shocked that they expected me to wait that long to use my phone.
I asked to speak to a supervisor, and I spoke to a man named Jerome. He was very rude and condescending to me, which made me even more frustrated. It was already 10 o'clock at night, and I was still without a working phone. My husband's number, which he had used for over 15 years, was gone, and he was forced to use a different phone number if and when he got service through another company.
I asked for a refund of the services I paid for, but I am not sure if I will receive it or how long it will take. I have a case number, but I am not confident that this issue will be resolved quickly. It is frustrating that a company can sell services to consumers and expect them to wait for so long to use them. I hope Boost Mobile goes out of business and is never allowed to sell services again.
Forced update of visual voice mail
My problems began the week of 6/12/23. I noticed that they updated their websites and the my Boost app and it didn't work for numerous days it kept saying error when I would try to log into my account. Every time I tried to check my voicemail this screen would pop up saying Visual Voicemail update and it would not let me see my voicemail...It covered the voicemail page. After several days of this I had no choice but to go ahead and let it update. As it did I noticed that the old voicemail icon was still there on my screen as well as the new one. I wouldn't have had a problem with the update except you know we do have the option of archiving messages and I had messages archived that were very important to me! One of which was a message from my deceased daughter from a year ago among numerous other saved voicemail from friends and family and there were voicemail in there that I needed for a court date. What I'm wondering is why did they not notify their customers of this change and why was it forced upon us? I called customer support several times and talked to different agents. They assured me oh no mam you're saved voicemail switched over into the new Visual Voicemail... they were wrong! Every customer service agent gave me a different answer. One even went to as far as to say have your daughter send you another message! Gee, I wish she could but she's dead and her voice mail was the last thing I had of her to remember her by that was actually her real voice! I am sickened because of this this is very unprofessional and they should ask their customers before they go and do something like this that's going to affect their lives. That was the last tangible link I had to my daughter her real voice on my phone it comforted me and it shoukd have still been safely archived away but it's gone! She's been gone a year I will never get her back and now I can never hear her voice again. And for a dumb agent that could barely speak English to tell me have her record it again and send it to you. Well, gee like I said I wish I could but my daughter is deceased! Half of these people you cannot understand they are rude they're not trained properly and I would think that speaking English would be a major qualification for having their jobs. I have been a loyal Boost customer for about 6 years. I don't have much good to say about them anymore. The service is crappy the customer service might as well be non-existent because they apparently don't understand what you're asking them. I felt insulted to put it mildly on top of the hurt I felt because they deleted my messages and no one can tell me where my messages went. Why give your customers the option of archiving messages if you're going to take it away from them? I would just love to have my messages back but no one asked me if I wanted to upgrade! Like I said it was forced upon me and I think this is very bad business practices. Thanks Boost Mobile for taking the last tangible link to my dead child away from me. Makes me wonder how many other thousands of people you've done this to? I no longer wish to have my service with Boost it's crappy and I'm going to switch now because there is no excuse for what they did. I just want someone to answer me as to where did my messages go and why can't they get them back? Heartbreaking and unprofessional is what it is! I would never recommend this service to anybody if you want something cheap you're going to get something cheap and you're going to get horrible customer service. Thanks alot Boost Mobile for taking my child's voice away from me! You suck!
Desired outcome: I want my archived voice messages back!
scammed
On May 31st 2023 Me and my husband went into the store located on Airport rd in Santa Fe New Mexico around 5:45pm we Clearly asked the representative at the store if we could activate a phone we had as it was a bit older it was a Samsung A11 because our other one had broken but it was the same exact phone. she stated she could but that she had to charge me...

Boost cell phone service
I signed up for boost mobile service through an ad on facebook that said I could get a phone for $50.00 which I did and the service would be $25.00 a month always. My bill was $42.00 the first month which I paid but I did contact support for an explanation and andwer as to why my bill was different from the one I signed up for. I didnt get any straight answer or any type of resolution with my concern. The cellphone was actually a good phone and I really loved it but I would sometimes go hours with no service and I wouldn't know until someone called me and told me they were trying to reach me for hours. My data would constantly stop working right when I was in the middle of doing something important online. Then the phone would freeze the only way to fix it was by restarting the device. I read many reviews of customers with the same issue. This became extremely frustrating, especially when I would have to redo something I was in the middle of. I went on the app to contact customer support about this reoccurring issue only to find out the app wasnt working and had been down for a few weeks at this point. I dont know how long it was down for but I know it was definitely over a month. My high speed data ran out in 4 days which I believe was impossible. I never had any serious issues with my cellphone service providers in the past so I didnt know how to go about this other then by contacting customer service and that didnt get me anywhere. My new cellphone ended up overheating in April and lines went down the middle of it. It hasnt worked since. Since I dont have a cellphone to use I didnt renew my service. I dont think I should have to buy another phone because mine was only a few months old and I didnt do anything to it for it to just stop working like it did.
Desired outcome: I would like Boost to send me another phone.I also think Boost should do something about the app being down for over a month.I would be willing to give Boost another try but I truly believe they should replace my cellphone either way.
Inoperable hoverboards
Bought 2 hoberboards around June 2021. Hoverbaords were not functioning correctly and we took them back the very next day for replacements. We left the hoverboards at the store with the employee and waited for them to order us new ones. We checked back 2 or 3 times and the hoverboards still had not been reordered. About the fourth time we went in on a day it was closed but someone (most likely the owner) was in the store. He refused to give us the money back or the old hoverbaords that was still sitting in the store. He told us we weren't getting [censored] and to get out before we get put on a t-shirt! So we filed a court calim that went to court in Feb 2022. They did not show and we won the case after explaining. We went in the store 2 to 3 times after waiting the required time and was still refused our money. The lady employee even locked the door before we entered the store the third time. So we went back and docketed the court order. We just went back to the store again with the court order and the employee called the owner. He had me explain, but the owner tried to make it seem like i we were crazy cause its now 2023, and "why havent we contacted anyone about it?" WE HAVE! They just refuseto give us rheowners info or our money back! Claiming the store has changed owners and he doesnt know anybody name "Gloria" who has worked there for years. (Her name is Grechelda but she calls herself Gloria for short). This Boost mobile owner located at 1194 Rice in St Paul Minnesota owns 10 or 11 other stores. I have since reached out to Boost Mobile via my phone service, but they just took the information and hasn't done anything about it. They would not give me corporates number. Anyway, we are out of $650 which is gaining interest as of April 2022. Still waiting forour Money Boost Mobile!
Desired outcome: Refund our money and court costs

My service
We have 4 lines that we pay for monthly. Starting out the service was good. Now i do not know what happened but over the past year the service is terrible. We shouldnt have to pay for your services just to not get service in the middle of town. The phones work then they dont. Something needs fixed or you will start losing alot of customers. We are going to switch to spectrum if this persists. Im not sure if its who took over boost or what but the service is [censored]. Fix it or stop charging people to use ur crummy services.

Desired outcome: I WANT TO BE ABLE TO USE MY PHONE WHEN WE NEED TO. BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT WE PAY FOR!!!!!!!!!!!
