Books-A-Million review: Poor customer service

Went to the Pottstown store - arrived at 6:05 (store closes at 7). The employees were busy cleaning and could not have shown less interest that my family was there. The man working looked up from the vacuum and said "We close soon" Again, it was 6:05! My granddaughter busied herself looking for the book she wanted and my husband and I looked through another section. After 10 minutes or so my husband went to the bathroom (which had just finished being cleaned by a woman employee) and he was told "you can't use this, I just cleaned it"
My husband came to the counter (where I was paying for the books we were buying) and said he was refused entry to the bathroom, the man at the counter defending the refusal stating "since the mall closed the public thinks they can use our restroom" We were not "the public" we were paying customers (who have an account and have spent hundreds here) and it was not even 6:30! Absolutely disgraceful service to your customers. I will not go back! BAM your employees will make or break you - these two need some customer service training! What an absolute disgusting display of laziness.
