My mother died in Oct 2025. As executor I must provide the tax certificate for her medical contributions. I have phoned on numerous occasions only to be told they can not pick up her membership number, Each and every time I am given a different email address only to receive the same standard reply that they do not pick up her detail.This week I was lucky to get a person that went to his teamleader and the team leader was able to pick up her record but sad to say when I received the email with the promised tax certificate it turned out to be old.,No again I start phoning again and no one is able to help.

Desired outcome: I just need her tax certificate for 2026.
