I bought a brand new 2022 Chevrolet Silverado ZR2 on 1/14/2023 from Bomnin Volvo Cars Dadeland. It's been quite a while, but the dealership hasn't processed my paperwork or sent the registration papers to the DMV. My 30-day registration window has already passed, and my temporary plate has expired. I've tried reaching out to the salesman, but he hasn't responded to my calls or emails. They charged me $109.10 for title, registration, and license fees for the transfer plate JQJ F96. Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

We bought a car from the dealership on 3/23 and still ain't got the title to register it in our state (***). They keep saying it's the State of *** fault for the delays. We called up the Secretary of State for *** today and they said they ain't received no info from them. The dealership uses *** to handle the title stuff, but there's no way to reach *** 'cept for emails and they ain't giving us much info. The dealership should take responsibility, but they ain't been helpful at all.

Ordered a 2023 Corvette from Bomnin Dadeland about a year ago. The salesman, let's call him ***, was the one who helped me out. The car finally arrived on January 5, 2023, as I was informed by the Chevrolet factory. However, *** didn't inform me about it until 7 days later. To make matters worse, they never gave me a detailed invoice. I traveled from *** on January 12, 2023, only to find out that the car hadn't been detailed or gone through a pre-delivery inspection (PDI). They also had no idea that my wire transfer had been received on January 11. I had to wait for about 4 hours while they got everything ready, and *** was busy answering countless phone calls the whole time.

To my surprise, I later discovered that they had billed me for several things without my permission or knowledge. Here's what they charged me for:

1. A $999 document fee
2. Something that cost $409.50 (not sure what it was)
3. An electronic filing fee of $399
4. A subscription to OnStar for $169
5. Wheel locks for $200
6. A *** fee of $99

When I was finishing up with the manager, he mentioned that I had a credit of around *** and that they would send me a check. However, I haven't received it yet.

On November 15th, 2022, my Volvo XC60 was towed to Bomnin Volvo Cars Dadeland dealership. They fixed the problem, which turned out to be a faulty antenna that drained both car batteries. I was concerned about the safety of this issue, so I opened a case with Volvo Cars. After speaking with them, I received a text message from the service advisor at Bomnin Volvo, who said that both Bomnin Volvo and Volvo would compensate me $1000 for the problem I had with the vehicle.

On November 28th, 2022, I followed up with the service advisor about the payment. He said he would let me know when the check was ready. However, on December 16th, he texted me saying that the service manager was checking with Volvo Cars about the check. Feeling frustrated, on December 24th, I started an email thread with Volvo Cars to find out what was going on. It turns out that Bomnin Volvo Dadeland didn't need any further contact with Volvo Cars to process the check.

Finally, on January 3rd, 2023, the service manager confirmed that he had requested the check. Then, on January 5th, he confirmed that the check was processed but not signed. I thought the end was near when, on January 9th, the service manager confirmed that the check was signed, but it hadn't been delivered to him yet. However, on January 11th, there was a sudden change of plans, and the service manager indicated that the check was not signed.

Overall, I must say that the process of getting my compensation from Bomnin Volvo Cars Dadeland has been quite frustrating. The back-and-forth communication and delays have been disappointing. I hope they can resolve this issue soon and deliver the promised compensation.

Date of transaction: October 2022. Amount of money: $1000 down payment. The business committed to providing me with a 2022 Demo/Loaner Volvo XC90 in December with less than *** miles. However, they knew at the time of sale that the car would not be available in December due to dates set by Volvo. This shows their dishonesty. Additionally, they kept advertising the same car (with the same VIN number) with changing discounts, presumably to attract other customers and collect more down payments. They also refused to apply the *** discount, claiming it didn't work for 2022 Demos/Loaners. This goes against the *** terms and conditions (https://***/save/brand.aspx?makeId=40). When we complained, they promised that a member of the management team would contact us, but that never happened. The dealer even mentioned that they couldn't release the car because it didn't have enough miles yet, but they only mentioned that it would have up to *** miles. They never mentioned a minimum miles requirement. This dispute is about their dishonest car selling practices. I want the dealer to honor their promises and warn others about this dealership. The dealer never reached out to make it right. They made sure we didn't get a copy of the contract, which is another dishonest practice that should have been a warning sign.

I bought a new 2022 Volvo XC60 from Bomnin Volvo in February 2022. They promised me a loaner car for service, but my new car broke down twice and needed service four times for various issues. I was surprised to find out that Bomnin doesn't offer loaners, and instead they only provide a one-way shuttle to a nearby location. Unfortunately, I live in downtown ***, which is outside of the shuttle area. They said there's nothing they can do. In contrast, Volvo of *** pays for a Lyft to and from my chosen destination when my car is ready. Because of this, I've had to spend extra money on ordering my own Ubers because I can't keep missing work due to the frequent issues with my brand new 2022 Volvo. The last time, I had to leave my car overnight and now I'm without a car, having to pay for Ubers to and from the dealership. I was lied to when I bought this car because there are never any loaners available. The dealership is aware of the problems with the 2022 Volvos due to the new *** operating system instead of the previous Apple operating system. This car is not safe; it even shut off while I was driving on the express lane on I-95, almost causing an accident. It's an unreliable car, and there's always a new problem with it. I didn't buy a new car to constantly visit a service center that doesn't meet my expectations. If I had known the truth from the beginning, that loaners are not available, I would have chosen a different brand. The inconveniences caused by both this Volvo and Bomnin are affecting my work and are a safety concern for me. I want Bomnin to take responsibility for selling me a faulty vehicle because I no longer want it. Bomnin should be held accountable for false advertising.
