I purchased a new 2019 GMC truck from Bommarito GMC on 6/16. The truck had a sticker on it stating it had chrome wheels. We agreed on a price and the vehicle was delivered to me the next day. I was given paperwork on the truck including the sticker showing it had chrome wheels. After looking over the vehicle I find that there are no chrome wheels. The wheels have chrome looking plastic wheel skins/hub caps that are different colors from two different sets of wheels. I called the next morning at 9a.m. to address this. Bommarito GMC has refused to correct this with chrome wheels as stated and given to me at time of sale.

On 12/16, I agreed to purchase a CPO (Certfied Pre-Owned) 2018 Audi Q7 from Bommarito West County (salesperson ***) in Ellisville, MO. The vehicle was offered at $44,755 and I agreed to pay $1250 extra for the CPO certification (total sale price $46,209 including $204 dealer documentation fees). On 12/17, I signed a bill of sale (accompanied my $1000 deposit) that noted "Audi CPO" along with agreed-upon price, VIN, stock #, etc. On 12/21, I flew to St. Louis to close the transaction and take possession of my CPO vehicle. The CPO paperwork was not complete at the time of the transaction, but Bommarito sales paperwork showed that they still owned me the certification paperwork and they promised to Fedex it to me the following Monday. After almost 3 months repeated promises by *** that Bommarito would register this vehicle in Audi's VCAS (Vehicle Certification Administration System - the database Audi uses to record CPO vehicles) database, which is what it means to be an Audi CPO vehicle, as of 3/17, this vehicle is still not in the VCAS database, which means that it is not a CPO vehicle. From my perspective, this was a fraudulent sale.

On 02/04 I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from BOMMARTIO. Todays date is 05/06. Unfortunately, I have yet to received my title. *** Mcgrath was the 1st to call explaining that I wont be receiving my title within the 30 days because the state was holding it and it will be a minimum of 3 months. ( I never received a clear answer as to why they're holding it). *** insisted that ill be fine driving my vehicle illegally. I felt uncomfortable. I should not have to risk getting pulled over so I demanded a 90 day temptag since it will be a minimum of 3 months of me receiving my title. I went to a reputable dealership to avoid headaches but it turns out this has been the worst experience ever! I did some research and was able to get a copy of my ***. It stated that the vehicle has been in MO for months! Mo law states 90 day temptags are only issued for out of state residents. I currently live in-state. Its just been an on going battle and still no answers. *** also mentioned, if I were to contact the ComplaintsBoard.com that he would not spend a penny on any late fees that I'll be accessed at the DMV. So here I am making a car payment with no title for the past 3 months. On top of that, 1 day after the vehicle purchase the rim was cracked and needed to be replaced. 2 months later the radiator also cracked and needed to be replaced as well. Not sure why I have to pay for repairs and the vehicle doesn't technically belong to me. I have left several emails and voicemails and no answer back on updates.
