I ordered a projector from Bold Projectors on 12/21
I ordered a projector from Bold Projectors on 12/21. I tried to cancel it on the same day, but they said the order had already processed and couldn't cancel it. I got the package on 1/6 and then emailed them to return it. I sent the return on 1/24 and it got delivered on 1/31. I was supposed to send tracking info right away, but I didn't do it until 3/1. I've been emailing them to get a refund and they keep saying they're working on it and never refund the money. It's now 4/20 and I still haven't received a refund. They say they fully refund if you do it within 30 days and I did. Everything cost around $80 and I want my money back.

After placing the order, my son called and told me that his grandma had also ordered him one for Christmas. So, I emailed The Bold Projectors right away to cancel my order and explained the situation. But I didn't hear back from them about canceling the order. On November 22nd, I received an email saying that the item had been shipped. I didn't actually receive the item until around the third week of December. According to their return policy, I needed to request a return via email within 30 days of receiving the item and wait for their approval. So, on December 29, about a week after receiving the product, I sent a return request. On December 30, I got an email saying they couldn't find any orders associated with my email address. I replied the same day with my order number of ***. Finally, on January 5, 2022, they provided a return address to ship the projector back. I shipped it back using USPS with a signature required, and their company signed for it on January 12, 2022. The USPS tracking number for the return is ***. When I asked for an update again on January 13, 2022, they told me they couldn't find my order information again. I sent them the USPS tracking number on January 24, 2022, and they responded with an email saying they were looking into it and would "loop" back with me when they have details. They've given me this response at least six times now during this whole ordeal. I just want a refund for the product I sent back to them three weeks ago!
