Boingo was the worst internet provider I have ever had, besides good customer service you're paying expensive prices for only 3 devices, slow internet and constant outages. In the beginning Boingo wasn't bad I actually stood by them and told people they weren't bad until I didn't have Wi-Fi for over 5 days and the only compensation I got was 7 dollars and no help. once I learned other providers were offering same price as Boingo for triple the speeds and a huge decrease in outages I didn't even second guess changing.

Recommendation: check your options in the area for better providers
