Great idea and fun app. I can’t always get to a heels class due to my busy rehearsal schedule. Having these challenging heels classes on demand is so convenient when I have free time at home or in the studio.

It’s honestly such disgraceful and unethical move to charge $1.99 to ONLY download the app. That’s it, $2 just to download. And then you see a screen providing you the actual subscription fees. Very low ball move.

Do not buy this app! As soon as you pay for it and download it, it locks you out and forces you to pay an additional $20 or more just to access any of the content. This is totally deceptive and I would like my money back.

I have been looking for a platform that centralizes guided stretching, yoga, strength training, and dance, and this app delivers! The cherry on top are the heels classes, soulful content, and encouraging community to boot!

Kayla changed my life from the moment I discovered her, and only changes for the better. Bodylove is 100% the thing I wish I had when I was younger. This will really help you see your true potential and the community is amazing ❤️

This app and the classes within are an initiation into healthy relationship with our bodies once again. Kayla has outdone herself and has a cast of kick butt teachers who are sure to change your whole life. I know they we changed mine

The content is so amazing and well-picked that I can’t wait to take as many classes as I can!

I’ve taken a few classes abt the Divine Feminine and it literally shattered many of my old beliefs. I’m super stoked to take more!

Bodylove changed my life! Honestly, it’s the most useful and empowering course out there. The is so much information and such a variety of classes! This app is a must for body image, self love, fun exercise classes, stretching, and empowerment!

Bodylove encompasses everything you need to level up. I love that the app includes mental wellness as well as classes to help love the skin we’re in. Every category from meditations to heels classes, there is something for everyone. Kayla and her team are amazing teachers too and makes everything easy to learn!

BODYLOVE by Kayla Brenda is everything I have hoped for and more! The moment I opened the app I immediately felt at home. You can tell she has designed this with so much love and intention. I have been looking for an app like this for so long! I absolutely love all of the meditation classes as well as the dance/stretch/movement classes! I am so excited to continue to explore this App and everything it has to offer.

I’ve been very inspired by burlesque & pole dancers the past few years, so am learning both to feel more empowered in my sensuality and overall confidence. There is such beauty and strength in the art of dance, not to mention the health benefits of staying in better shape! This app would definitely help me work towards my goals of being able to strut my stuff in heels better, plus increase flexibility through stretching techniques =)

Sweet sweet Kayla is such an inspiration to me! I’ve always enjoyed her content on Instagram; it’s helped me love and accept myself as I am and gives the world the women’s perspective which allows us to connect deeply with one another. Now, getting this content in an app makes it so easily accessible has been a game changer. BODYLOVE has reshaped so much of my thinking and ways of living. it’s fueled my soul and has helped me make so many new friends in the process. the dance classes are to DIE for (there’s even an entire intro to heels series so anyone can learn) and the workout classes make you feel so empowered. the teachers are some of the best women i’ve ever encountered and it overall feels like such a safe place to be. no judgment, no hate, only love from everyone involved and yourself. it’s truly wonderful and I recommend it to everyone.

This app is all I need from stretching, work out for toning the body, power, dance, choreography, feminine mindset and wisdom… I’m an architect with experience in video production. I’m impressed and shocked by the variety and quality of contents. Super thankful and proud of Kayla as a powerful Goddess. She is my inspiration. I can see she worked so hard and create such a beautiful app. She also create a community, that women can hype up and cheer each other. I believe the most challenging of being a powerful women in a society are other insecure women who belittle other women for their own benefits. (Not Men) I’m so thrilled to find a community who support and uplift each other. This app is not only about body love, It’s about loving yourself fully, and growing your mindset while gaining beautiful flow and lines on your body…
