Beware:Dr. Connelly's 6 Pack Scam
I followed Dr. Scott Connelly's Body Rx:6 Pack Ab Prescription for 4 months out of the 6, down to the detail. I was completely committed to following every last poorly written detail because I wanted to reach perfection. I did not get healthier or in better shape. I most definitely got farther away from perfection. This program is extremely time consuming and is a lifestyle. The program that fraudulently boasts 6 Pack Abs actually made me lose muscle mass and gave me kidney problems. What a 6 Pack Scam! What a complete waste of time, energy, health, and money!

This Body RX is a more like a prescription of a slow death sentence masked as a diet and fitness plan. My girlfriend bought this book hoping to improve her overall health and fitness and nearly ended up in the hospital. She gained fat, not muscle and developed very serious medical problems including poor organ function, high cholesterol, hypertension and depression after the doctor told her the symptoms if left untreated could become fatal. This is a very dangerous scam!
