Dear Team boAt,

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the rejection of my warranty claim (Ticket No: [protected]). Below is a summary of the issue:

Initial Purchase and Upgrade:

I purchased the boAt Airdopes Hype Opal Black on 04 January 2024.
Due to a fault, I raised a warranty claim. Since the product was out of stock, your team upgraded it to boAt Airdopes 200 Plus Carbon Black (Service Ticket No: [protected]) and dispatched it to my address.
Second Claim and Rejection:

The upgraded product also developed a fault, leading me to raise another warranty claim.
Unfortunately, my claim was rejected on the grounds that the returned product failed quality checks and was classified as a "Wrong Product."
I strongly dispute this conclusion. The product I returned was the same upgraded unit provided by your team. The rejection appears to be an error in your internal process, and I believe it is unfair to penalize me for an issue beyond my control.

Request:
I kindly request a detailed explanation of the quality check findings and reconsideration of my warranty claim. I expect a resolution in the form of repair, replacement, or refund as per your warranty policy.
