We paid a down payment of $14,868.35 for siding work on our townhouse in May . The work started in summer 2022, and the contractor said the quote was wrong. We added soffit, fascia, and gutters for $9372.50. We paid the full amount of $20,523.76 in May 2022. They finished one side and part of the front in May 2022, but they needed more materials. They worked on more of the front in October 2022, but the back hasn't been touched. In November, the owner said they were only responsible for the front. We paid for a job that's not done, and the owner won't take responsibility. They said they would finish the job, but nothing has happened. We want the work done that we paid for.
