Blossom Flower Delivery Blossom Flower Delivery

Scam! Avoid using this company (and their affiliated company 'Sunny Deliveries') at all costs! They reneged on their service after I ordered flowers for my sister for Christmas. Flowers never arrived, then they apologized and said I would need to pay more to allow for a local flower company to fulfill the delivery. I asked for a refund which led to numerous back and forth emails with a AI customer service bot. I deeply regret not having checked independent customer reviews before I used this company 🤯. Duped

Blossom Flower Delivery Don't use them, they are horrible

This company doesn’t even deserve a star. I only wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered a special flower arrangement for my sister. This company is HORRIBLE. What all the other reviews are saying is SO Correct. I could throw up all over this review, but that HORRIBLE company doesn’t even deserve all my frustration. And to make matters worse, the email correspondence was not with a REAL PERSON! It was a chatbot, I bet the HORRIBLE company doesn’t even read the emails! Bottom line, DON’T USE THEM

Blossom Flower Delivery Flowerrs for funeral

I ordered flowers for a funeral that took place on July 10th. I told them I needed them delivered by 10am on the10th. When I got to the funeral home there were no funerals and none were delivered while there.

I called them while waiting to go to the cemetery and was told they had ran out of supplies? I thought how their sight said they contact a local florist. They work with several florist near where the funeral home was.

They offered to do a home delivery I said no. They did give me a 100% refund.

Will never use them again

Desired outcome: Refund.... Which I got

Arrangement of peonies ordered on May 13, TO BE DELIVERED ON 14 (Mother's Day). Extra $6 paid for delivery before 1 p.m. Other companies specifically stating delivery on May 14 was already unavailable, I ordered via Blossom Flower Delivery because they were (apparently) able to do so. On 11/26/22 I ordered flowers I noticed the status bar never moved. I checked the website customer service link and found it was not to be found. I called in the problem to my credit card and deleted my card. Flowers never were delivered. Waisted the rest of the day trying to check the status and then canceling my credit card by calling it to the credit card co. And the bank.

April 29, 2021 ordered flowers to be sent to my mom in new jersey.order #473267 Did not recieve what what was ordered or nothing at all. What she recieved was a dozen store baught roses still in plastic wrapper and a glass vase in a local store shopping bag, No paperwork with it, No knock on door, When i tried to resolve with company they did not get back...
