Hello. Please just save yoursself the headache. I have dely with Ronnie - who supposedly got fired, Marcelina, Jason and Jordan. Who knows if these are real names but this is what I was told. 1. communication is horrible. 2. they do not call when they say they will call. 3. they do not listen. 4. they do call when they want money and ill nickel and dime you to death. 5. They charged me for items I did not agree too. 5. the 100% satisfaction money back guarentee is a JOKE. 6. They set my website live when it was a complete embarrassment and I caould not direct traffic through it. they refused to take it down and correct it. after 6 months of trying i finally called it quits. AND i have emails and texts to back all of this up. 7. They agreed to a refund in writing - not 100% btw- and broken down into 3 disbursements which i should have recieved 2 of them by now and they lay claim "it isn't our fault you didn't get your money" ... There is more I can tell you but please please please do not get suckered into this as it is a nightmare.

Let me tell you about Blitz Web Solution and their so-called team members, Ray, Ron, and Jordan (who are probably not even real people, if you ask me). I gave them my hard-earned cash in exchange for a product that they have yet to deliver. Honestly, I don't think they even know how to link up a simple website with Bluehost, let alone create the product I requested.

I remember getting so frustrated that I went online to talk to a Bluehost agent, and you know what they told me? They advised me to change my password and be careful, because these people might just be potential scammers. And at this point, I think they might be right.

I can't believe I wasted my money and my time on Blitz Web Solution. They don't have the experience or skills that they advertised themselves to have, and now I'm left with nothing. I feel cheated and scammed.

Honestly, if legal action is what it takes to get my money back, then I will do it. I will pursue them to the ends of the earth, all the way to India, if necessary. It's the principle of the matter, you know? Don't waste your time or money on this shady company.
