! I had my floors redone by Black Brothers Flooring and More and they did a great job. They was really nice and answered all my questions. The floors look amazing now. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs flooring work done.

I gave Black Brothers Flooring and More my materials and put down a deposit of 1740 bucks on Dec.15 2022. They said they'd finish the job in 2-4 days, but it's still not done. They messed up my materials, tried to level my floor with underlayment, and the tiles in my bathroom are already coming up. None of the flooring was put in flush, so there are gaps near the walls. They were late every day they showed up, and my house was left like a construction zone for days on end, leaving me to clean up. When they moved my stove, they didn't unplug it, and it popped the breaker and burned out the outlet, which I had to replace. I'm not happy with this company's unsafe practices, tardiness, shoddy work, and misuse of the products I gave them. I had to spend an extra 2375 bucks on extra materials, repairing my stove, and getting someone else to fix and finish the job they were supposed to do.

Great price for floor labor and materials. They did a great job putting down vinyl plank flooring in my whole house.

I recently bought a house and had some issues with the floors. I was excited to fix it up the way I wanted, so I called Black Brothers Flooring and More. They were helpful at first, but then they found some problems with repairing the floors. They charged me for everything and the job wasn't even completed. The transition wasn't finished and my floors are soft and uneven underneath the installation. I had water damage, which was the reason I wanted my floors done, but there was also a mess left in my basement from all the dust, nails, and gaps between the baseboards. I called several times for them to finish or complete it, but no one showed up.
