I've worked with a few flooring companies in the last 17 years. America's Floor Source is really easy to work with, and most importantly, when I've had any issues, they've fixed them quickly.

I always go to AFS for all my flooring needs. I'm a regular customer and I'm always amazed by their amazing service. They helped me pick the perfect carpet and the installation day was a breeze. The whole process was fantastic. The quality, price, and service are unbeatable. I highly recommend them, 10/10.

We had JP Flooring put new tile in our kitchen. Andrey did a fantastic job on the installation, but there was a slight discoloration in the grout. JP quickly arranged for someone to come out to inspect and fix the issue. They were very professional, and they did an exceptional job in fixing the color issue. We could not be happier with the finished product - nicely done Andrey and the team!

I really like America's Floor Source. They put in carpet and flooring in three of our places. Katie, the flooring person, did a great job understanding what we wanted. America's Floor Source is the best Flooring Company in Central Ohio. As a General Contractor, you don't want to deal with a company that doesn't take ownership of the complete install. This Company stands apart from others when it comes to Customer Service. They make my job easier and with so many moving parts in building a home, you want to be assured that your Flooring Contractor has the organization skills to prevent it from becoming a Nightmare. I've been living in my current place for 17 years and I've used Americas Floor Source for a bunch of projects throughout the years. They're definitely the best in the city at what they do! Their staff is super helpful and always on time! My wife and I have heard a lot of scary stories about other flooring companies in the city, but it just doesn't compare to the AFS folks who are total pros in every way! I would totally recommend them! Every company can have good products, but not everyone has good people working for them. AFS does! And that makes a huge difference...THE BEST IN THE CITY!

I don't recommend them. They did all my floors with wood, including my kitchen. But they messed up the threshold piece and quarter round. They installed it on July 28th and 29th. Many mistakes were made, some by the plumber and some with the wrong orders. It's now August 11th and they still haven't put in the transition piece and correct quarter round. I talked to them today and they can't do it until the 21st. Maybe I'm wrong, but shouldn't the people with half-done floors get finished first? Mr. Atkins keeps promising things, but they never happen.

I wouldn't recommend AFS. I used AFS for flooring and tile work for a whole new build home. The project was quoted 4 weeks and took over 11, due to mistakes on their end. The communication between departments, builder, and customer is lacking a lot and my account manager's attitude was really embarrassing. I wrote a calm explanation of my experience to the AFS executives and gave them a chance to handle the situation professionally before writing a negative review. The response I got confirmed my perception of AFS and their lack of care for customers. I paid the full amount for the project as quoted and now I'll have to pay someone else to fix the issues they left behind.

This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had recently. I didn't choose Americas Floor Source, my builder did. They put in flooring and carpet that turned out to be defective in my new construction. After just six months, the new carpet looked like it had been trampled by roller skating cows for two decades. It was terrible! (We're empty nesters.) The flooring had gaps and peaks at the seams and started to look wavy. It took from September/October to July to finally get AFS to honor their warranty and replace everything. I had to constantly follow up with them. I was passed around from one representative to another and eventually ended up with *** the *** who offered explanations and empty promises week after week. I didn't receive updates when promised, and I wouldn't hear back for weeks on end. It was extremely frustrating. I strongly advise against using this terrible company. Shame on *** Homes for choosing them!
