An employee who works in the bakery department at the BJs in Chicopee MA is a very rude and mean person. She speaks under her breath and always has a bad attitude towards customers. I now have to search for another store to take my business to. No person deserves to have their day ruined by this lady. I believe her tag name is Mirna or Myrna not sure if spelled right. This employee reflects a very bad outlook on the store, and she should be fired. At my age, I should be respected, and I should not have to feel verbally offended at any time.
