About a month or so ago, maybe (probably) longer they took their 4 month sample. I was told afterwards that protein was low on that sample. I would have too resample, so I did (after waiting 7 days). Then I would have to wait 7 to 10 business days while the 2nd sample was sent to a doctor to be tested. So I waited. On the 7th day I stopped in to check on the results. The nurse on duty said the sample was fine, but however I had to wait another day until another doctor "signed off" on my ok to return. Which he did. Then a couple weeks ago by and I am unable to donate (Nurse Says) because they need another sample. The last one ( which 2 doctors where involved in ) was no good? No explaination on what was no good..just no good. I guess this company doesn't need/want my flavor of plasma.
Desired outcome: Someone please explain why 2 doctors where involved in accepting me back to donate, then 2 weeks later I cannot because of a bad sample accepted by these doctors?

BioLife Plasma Services - Service Horrible
I came today on June 19, 2020 to my appointment at 10:55 AM Add to bio life plasma in Osceola county Kissimmee Florida after the whole intake process I was given a seat which was near where the aisle is where everyone walks by which is not social distancing nor should I be near a wall where phlebotomist and donors pass by me every few seconds which one of them may be able to hit my arm while I'm donating. I asked if I could sit somewhere else and the assistant manager came up to me with a disgusting face her name is Samantha and told me that I can either sit there or I won't be able to donate I wasn't even Offered another seat also I asked if I could wait a few minutes until someone else gets up and she said no I'm worried to even text you because if she passes by me I wonder if she's going to defer me just because I'm making a complaint I shouldn't have to feel that way especially since I've been a plasma donor 4 years. I feel as though I was spoken to disrespectfully and in a very rude manner and I feel like that should be addressed if I was spoken to like that imagine how many other people she has spoken to like that my phone number is [protected] [protected]@yahoo.com Please contact me I would like to see this matter addressed people shouldn't treat people like that especially when you're in a place of business and you are dealing with people who donate to save lives Also I can't add video or picture or anything because they say it's not allowed
BioLife Plasma Services - deferred donating
This is a new center for Biolife and I was a founding member on opening day. First of all, that day we only went over paperwork and got physical, no donation. Came back to donate twice and in those 2 times, was stuck twice wrong, re-stuck once, and then infiltrated. I came back today to do my 3rd donation and since I was prescribed a new medication since my last donation, was honest and told the staff. Since I hadn't been on the med for at least 30 days, I am now deferred for 30 days per their company policy and will also be screwed out of their special bonuses. I took the paperwork to my doctor they gave me which they require before I can donate again and my doctor's office said I need to re-do the bloodwork I had done 2 week before and set up an appointment to fill out their form. It costs me $100.00 for my doctor's visits, so can't do the form and now probably can't donate again, all for being honest.
