Appointment was at 625pm. Arrived 15 minutes early to find 23 people in front of me. So after that HUGE wait, I've been sitting in the chair for an additional 15 minutes with no one saying anything to me at all. I'd walk out but then I am deferred. Seriously, this is not the first time that this has happened to me and it's getting really old. Something has to be done. It's bs
