So one under the name of
Lina santos Amaya is using my social security and it need to be stopped immediately. She is using my social security and so I’m reporting it so she can no longer have an account under my identity. I would like her account shut down and cancelled. Thank you!
The social security number ends with 1851. I have proving my social security with my name to prove that I am the person with that social security number.

Claimed loss: I was unable to sigh up and use my own identity due to identity fraud.

Desired outcome: Close Lina Santos Amaya account from being able to donate or receive any more service because it is illegal to use someone else’s identity and I will be reposting this to the police department and the FTC for further investigations.
