BioLife Plasma Services review: Horrible management

To sum everything up. Needs a whole new management team. Horrible Customer service. Been a doner for years. And this location. Is a joke! Stood in line for almost 35 min. Ask peer to hold my place in line because I forgot my wallet in the bathroom. Unfortunately it was not on the bathroom. I quickly in seconds went to car to check to see if my wallet was there. I found it. Came back and manager told me I couldn't reenter. I stated why? She stated due to company policy and Covid I could not reenter. Keep in my I did my questionnaire already. Been a doner for 7/8years now. Never been differed. I call back to report her unprofessionalism. She had an attitude stated she was not rude to me. I told her if anyone had an emergency for anything and quickly went to their car you telling you have to come the next day or another day. Then she stated we tell people to not go outside due to suspicious of doing drugs or selling drugs. Ma'am I have been a doner for 7/8 years faithful. Why would someone do drugs and then come to freaking donate l. I swear Covid has individual acting very looney to the point. You don't even recognize your old Doners. Horrible customer service.
