I came in with the following proofs of identification:
Driver's license, proof of insurance, piece of mail with my address on it from the social security office, social security card, W2. None of it was good enough, from the start The nurse was picky and didn't accept my W-2 because it was water stain from a glass that it's filled on my coffee table. She didn't accept my social security card because it was laminated. She wouldn't accept my license because the address changed.

I brought numerous forms of proof and she was completely unwilling to accept it, merely because she was overworked and busy and decided she did not want to deal with another patient. So when I asked to speak to the head manager they were whispering before they came over to me and immediately she shut me down. I asked her to hear me out and listen but she would not have it. She said I should leave and would not listen to me and started yelling at me. I have PTSD and she triggered it and I asked her not to yell at me and I told her she was discriminating against me because my driver's license is wrong because of a mistake from an underage drinking ticket, that they want me to pay $100 for it. So I told her that because I spent the last of my gas money coming there and I did not have $100 to fix it, that I was an economic inequality and that it was discriminating against me. That is when she lost it and started yelling at me. She banned me from the entire facility because she acts like she owns it. It is the worst experience I've ever had in any medical place, and I pray that you investigate it.
