BioLife Plasma Services review: Compensation

I found a coupon online for $300 in five donations. I presented it to the front desk staff, who instructed me present it to the screener. After doing so I was told they would honor it, however they did not. When I called the center I was informed that they would not be honoring the coupon. At which point I talked to a supervisor who also refused to honor the promotional code. Stating that it was a new donor promotion although it did not stay on the coupon that it was for a new donor and was valid through the end of March. She also tried to state that it was for a Colorado Center although again there was no specific location listed on the coupon. If staff at the center says that they will honor a coupon or promotional code I feel that is what should be done not brushing it under the rug and refusing to accommodate the donor.
