So called management permanently deferred me from my 15 years of biolife due to April, a nurse whom lied about the conversation. Krista couldnt tell me who the manager was that deferred me though. Had to have a nurse check, she mentioned I would be deferred due to this, until the stich was removed. She was very RUDE. I had donated once that week, second visit, I met up Ms. April. She told the manager I said it was a cat scratch, I don't have cats, I don't like cats. Then I was told from management after a long wait on the phone, sorry, I misunderstood, she said you refrained from showing her your arm. No, LIARS... I was taking off the bandaid as it was sticking to my skin and hair and said "oh, I dont want to take this off" Why would I not show it - I have donated for 15 years. Hellllo - Im not new there. I could not stand her abrupt attitude, and I just left before I did say the wrong thing. She didnt get the upper hand is probably what she was mad about. I work in the medical field, have for 42 years, so I am smarter than the average bear. I am not taking these lies that this facililty does and has done to me.

In 2021, I was diagnosed with TB. I went in with the pills the doctor gave me and told them about it. That nurse, (who is no longer there) told me I could not donate for 18 months. Thats $4000. When I came back after 18 months, a different nurse told me, oh no, you should of only been gone 3 months. I called in about this BS - and I was called a liar once again from Merry, asst management. I did not receive any emails or promos from biollife for 18 months, so I know what I'm talking about when I said to Merry they deferrred me for no reason, and I lost $4000. I didnt even get awarded any promos for coming back like everyone else gets. I dont want this to go back to them as this is what happened before, what I want is, I want corporate to call me and get feedback on whats really going on at Biolife Edgewood Rd Cedar Rapids Iowa Get the TRUE STORY!
