BioLife Plasma Services review: Biolife fairview heights

Wow just wow! First not fully compensated for my first time donation even when I asked the nurse hey I came in middle of promotion am I getting the full $? Yes, that doesn’t matter. Well that wasn’t true! Conveniently I couldn’t donate for days ! Missed out! Then no issues at all up until the manager decides to help out on the floor and stick me well the machine went crazy I wasn’t returned my rbc told ok you’ll get paid this is first time this has occurred no worries. Ok cool! Next time I go in the lady comes to me with vials for my blood I had to ask what for? Oh we need to check your protein hmmm ok! Not told anything else! Up until today the app didn’t allow me to modify my appointment and I had to drive up to speak to a manager because this place doesn’t ever bother to man their phone line! He tells me oh go see the nurse she tells me I failed SPE test I have low protein I call BS ! I workout and eat extremely well! Nurse proceeds to tell me I’m deferred and I have to retest and can’t donate for another 2 weeks I walked out ! I’m no longer bothering with this garbage place! I’ve been a frequent donor with CSL not once have I had any issues not once!
