BioLife Plasma Services – Due to the incompetent phlebotomist giving me a hematoma I could not receive my 100$

As a new donor there is a promotion for 725$ after 8 successful donations. I initially had no problem until donation 6&7 out of 8. There is highly incompetent tech (her name starts with a A and wears glasses and works in station yellow) she will ALWAYS give you a hematoma and push the needle through your veins. Due to her poor technique I was UNABLE to complete my last donation and had FORFEIT my 100$. None of which was my fault!
