Binder & Binder review: Still waiting with little reponse

My daughter was hit almost 4 years ago and hired Binder & Binder to represent her. Stopped on the freeway hit by uninsured motorist going 60mph she has Traumatic Brain Injury, Post Concussion Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, POTS and Addisons among other things. Because of the severe brain injury Doctors don't see healing as an option. She went from running a business to not being able to follow a box recipe. We have submitted all paperwork showing this however B&B lost the case and has now brought it to Federal Court. Meanwhile she can't afford to pay for Dr. visits $100 each, further tests they want to run and some of the medications she needs. B&B is difficult to contact and has drug on for 3 years. If presented correctly the first time this was a simple win. The fee has now changed from a max of $8000 to 30% of over 4 years of payments. This will probably exceed $30,000. Feels like they are milking the case and by the time they receive the obvious win she will owe them so much money she'll not be able to have the care she needs. The rest of her life has been taken away. We are beyond frustrated and disappointed with their so-called care of her.
