Billion Stars Express about the bus and the driver

I'm really very disappointed with your stupid services which I n my husband bought ticket from billion star for rm60 on sunday 3rd november 2019 @3.30pm at penang central.. We was waiting for the bus n they said will be delayed and on the screen wrote it's arrived went we go to the counter to check the tickets they said your bus is not yet arrived... Ask us to sit and after few minutes they ask us to take a different bus etika which it is normal bus at that moment we was think what the [censored] and hack is going on here... We took tickets cost 60ringgit and go with stupid old bus which is it can cos 30ringgit... We buying expensive ticket and take normal bus that what the point we buy bus ticket and there is no explanation 😡 and no [censored]ing refund... Went the go to island bus station all the tickets checker are like gangster... What all of you going to do

Billion Stars Express worker and customer service

Bus arrived on time but the trip was delayed due to certain circumstances

Worker Problem
1) Checked our booking, and ask us to sit randomly although we have already bought our own seat .
2) The worker got complaint from a customer I assume as the most people were not in their own seat ( although.he was the one that asked us to sit randomly ) so he decided to rearranged the seats, he told me and my buddies to go ( but go where ? ) So I asked politely if we were supposed to sit at our booked seat, the worker was frustrated and threw his temper at us and asked us to get off the bus . ( The worker didn't even ask us to in the first place )
3)While the seats were being rearranged, a customer did not want to move, and that got the worker very pissed, the worker argued with the customer on and off the bus, they took the argument outside and they were shouting at each other at the station, the worker got really mad and started to talk [censored] about the customer and he even took up a trash bin cover ( the ones with the ashtray ) and brought it up the bus and said to the customer " If you weren't a female, I would have already hit you or something "
4) Things were settled after awhile but we never got to sit at our own seat and was seated randomly

The bus departed 45 mins late

Worker was wearing dirty looking jeans with a light blue Shirt ( male ) ( Has curly hair, at the end of the hair which is around the neck is dyed Gold/Blonde )

My Bad, Bus did not arrive on time, arrived 45 minutes late by right should be 4:45 pm and was delayed to 5:30 pm
Seat 11B was damaged slightly and the seating was uncomfortable for the passenger that was sitting there
Once again bus number ( WVT 1551 )

Billion Stars Express worst service

I bought 1/11/2019 2.45pm Duta to Sg Nibong . Driver late almost one hour then rest at R&R 15-20 mins that's I understand. But I bought ticket is direct to Sungai Nibong why the bus go to Butterworth terminal drop passengers after that stop somewhere 5 mins and it's already 9.25pm I havnt reach my destiny. I would like to have refund. 1/11/2019 is not a Public Holiday or long weekend but I take more than 7 hours to reach my destiny that is too much. I would like to have refund.

Billion Stars Express arrogant driver

Driver that drive bus billion star TBS>Pasir Gudang trip at 1pm from TBS (wear blue collar shirt, Fat body) is so rude and arrogant when dealing with customers..
He speaks hars words when I (passenger) want to go to the toilet..how can I go to the toilet when the doors are fully closed..and both driver went outside to rest and fuel up the tank.
I was scolded why didnt go to the toilet earlier even though the doors are closed.
They continued talking in the bus and talking bad about passnger.(the fat one)

He said, the bus is theirs and passenger should follow them ..

Billion Stars Express bus service

26th Oct 19

I booked my ticket through Easybook. My bus was suppose to come at 12.15am on 26th Oct. When arrived at Golden Mile, the staff said we do not need to change for a ticket as we have everything printed out on a piece of paper. He said he will shout the bus number then we can board from there. Please note that they did not state any bus number on the ticket. After waiting for an hour, there is a bus that came but its not under billion stars. Found out there are people waiting from 9pm trying to board the bus. The bus was from Transtar. The first bus was really full so we waited for the next one. Waited till 2.15am, the bus came and when we wanted to board, the guy told us why we did not change the ticket. We explained to them that the staff told us that we do not need to change a ticket. So he said we still need to change. After changing, we managed to board the bus. Reached the JB custom at 3.17am, the person who drove us told all of us to bring all the bags down as there is another driver that was coming to fetch us. After clearing the jb custom, we waited for 3 HOURS for the bus to come fetch us. Tried calling the number stated on the receipt but no answer. Everyone were very impatience. The bus finally picked us up at 6.30am. So basically I was waiting from 12.15-6.30. Reached KL at 12pm. Which otw to Berjaya Time Square, driver was smoking in the bus which is very inconsiderate for small kids.

28th Oct 19

Our bus was suppose to be at 3.45pm. Decided to reach early to change for tickets. Read from the ticket picked up was opp BTS. So went there to changed but ended up it was Grassland company. The lady told me Billion Stars was opp (Infront of BTS). Crossed over to BTS, asked other bus company everyone seems to hate Billion Star Express lol. We founded out there isn't a booth for Billion Stars. My friends & I couldnt risk the chance for missing the bus again so we decided to buy a ticket from another bus company for RM70 each.. I doubt I'm able to get my refund back. lol

Tips
1) If you happen to be stuck in Johor Bahru Custom for more than an hour, just take a grab from Jb to Lakin, all the bus will be waiting there. Buy a new ticket and hop on the next bus available.

2) NEVER EVER TAKE BILLION STARS.

Billion Stars Express overall

As advertised, bus provides tv, games, usb, and power source to charge. None of the service is available. Please remove the services if you are unable to provide them this is called false advertising. Driver is smoking while driving and the bus is with non smoking labels. 1st and last time i would use this company service. Charges is higher compare to other bus services with the same facilities provided (nothing to be exact)

Billion Stars Express bus service

Super terrible experience. Booked from Singapore to KL and return. Definitely not "express".

1. All customer service numbers are uncontactable/no pickup, both SG and MY numbers. Mind you, at Times Square, they had no counter and you would have to just wait beside the road. Had to keep asking people around to get to the right one. And the bus came late.

2. They did all they could to take in maximum number of passengers. In Singapore, our bus was 5pm. First they combined 4.45pm, 5pm and 5.15pm bus and only picked us at 5.15pm at golden mile. We bought the so called "vip" bus for SGD55/pax whilst other buses were sold for SGD30/pax but at the end, everyone was put on the same bus. It then went to pick up other passengers at Lavender (ours was supposed to be express). To our amazement, the bus went back to Golden Mile because it still had 1 empty seat and picked up 1 person!

3. Same thing happened during our return from KL. Waited almost an hour before the bus moved, just so that it could sell more tickets.

4. Many stops along the way, which lengthened the journey. From Singapore, it stopped at TBS. Worse from KL, where it stopped for petrol, at an overpriced stop outside Yong Peng toll, somewhere in JB, at JB Larkin, Woodlands, lavender and then Golden Mile.

All in, the journeys took 8 hours and close to 12 hours (partly due to Deepavali long weekend).

5. Both the buses were not labelled "Billion" but some random tour companies' names. So be mindful.

Timeliness is the most basic thing of a bus and this company failed miserably. And it's definitely not cheap!

Billion Stars Express bus delay / reckless and rude bus driver

I bought a ticket from tbs to kuantan. On the ticket it stated the name of the bus is etika delta. But upon arriving, the billion bus the one who picked us up. The problem here is the bus is 1hour + delay without notice. The driver then nagging at us the passengers then threatening us saying that our life is in his hand (?). The driver drove the bus recklessly and hit almost 130km/h. I just want to suggest, if you ever face this problem eg; bus delay you can go straight to jabatan pengangkutan awam (jpj) located at at tbs 1st level. You can lodge your report there. And if you faced a problem with reckless driver, rude driver, bus delay or etc you can lodge your report online via this website : (sispa) sistem pengurusan aduan awam https://jpj.spab.gov.my/eApps/system/index.do you can directly submit your report to jpj or ministry of transportation.

Billion Stars Express bus transportation service

Last Friday, I took Etika Express (but actually i bought billion stars but when I arrived they gave me etika express), the driver took my food away they said "Nanti lepas makan tangan sapu kat seat (after you eat you'll rub your hand on seat)" it doesnt make sense cus it just a snacking food (chips and waffle) I rushed to the terminal after my class ended and got no time to eat atleast i dont buy nasi lemak nasi ayam. and if he told me politely, I would understand and patient but he just went screamed and pointing with his cigarettes. Rude! after a while, someone who does the counting on passengers came and scold the other passenger cus we put our laptop bags on top (the partment for bags) like "Hello once again I said no bags on top. No luggage on top" first of all, he never said! and someone said its a laptop bag but he just keep scolding. the way he screamed is hella rude! Plus the bus conditions are so lousy. the side of the bus got scratch. When the driver's speeding, a lid was open which can see through the tires and loud at the back from inside of the bus which caused the passenger at that area needs to put their bags so that the lid doesnt open. I'm here to make a complaint and want the company to make sure the drivers/the workers have manners and please fix your customer service and management. Thank you.

Billion Stars Express bus from tbs to penang

Bas datang lambat 1 jam lambat. Driver keep on cursing maki hamun all the way fron kl to penang when we were in traffic jem. He keep on cursing bad words all the time in jem. N i think he smoked more than 5 cigarettes while driving and i can smell the smoke. I don't understand why he used jalan kampung instead of highway. Of course the jem is worse in kampung route

Billion Stars Express unable to arrive on time

I bought billion bus ticket to Temerloh that should be departing at 11 pm, but etika had arrived. Never mind as long as the same company and i got my own seat. But they arrived about 30 minutes late and we departed 30 minutes later. Make a total 1 hour late. Then the bus make a stop at Ipoh, then TBS, then Temerloh and later Kuantan. You can stop at even 50 pitstop but please make it on time. Now we departing from kl at 5.55 am so what time do you think I'll arrive temerloh? Please improve your service! I cannot bear being in the bus for 8 straight hours while other company can make it to 6 hours only.

Billion Stars Express service of the stuff

I buy the ticket from internet and I get my ticket at penang central malaysia, number plate of the bus is ced5111, my seat is 1c, when I sit on my seat, two malay girl want to get my seat when I arrived penang station, I show them my ticket, they show me too, I don't know why they have same seat with me, after that they ask the stuff to force me to change my seat from 1c to 7a, their attitude is very bad, I don't know why this kind of thing will happened, the stuff say he just follow billion star system, is this a good seat arrangement? If follow the system, why I need to buy online? Bad experience, one more thing I want to complain is why I cannot eat some snack on the bus, this was the first time when I sitting on bus and I cannot eat my snack, please give me a good explanation, I hope company will take action about your system and your stuff as soon as possible, if no take action about your stuff, your stuff is an indian guy, I will post my bad experience about billion star to social media, thanks.

Billion Stars Express bus service & driver

terrible bus to Kl - 11 october 2019

Suppose the bus should pick us up 7.45 am @ lavender mc Donald, we waited till 9.15 am.

11.30 am - arrive JB, knock into other vehicle . Windscreen crack . Driver didn't brief what's next and no contingency plan explain to passenger .

12- driver just board and drive the bus off .
12.40 - driver arrive @ police station without anyone of passenger knowing he's coming

I think maybe if lucky my this trip will take at least 8 pm reach KL

Billion Stars Express delay departure and super late arrival

On 10/10/19, my bus was scheduled to be departed at 1am but it arrived at 2am and departed at 230am from TBS, Kuala Lumpur. And it dropped off at many places. The bus only arrived Sungai Nibong, Penang at 9am in the morning. I have work at 7am in the morNing but I reached Penang at 9am, I was late to my work. I was so mad and they didn't even say sorry or apologize to us. They don't care about our time.
I am definitely won't take their bus again.

Billion Stars Express seat damage and not comfortable

The seat at the back of Billions Star Express that was given to me to use for traveling from Penang Central to Larkin bus station, can not be adjusted to lean back. The handle of the seat was tied with plastic cable ties. This causing my back in pain for traveling more than 10 hours with the seat condition as mentioned. The seat at the back was bouncing and not comfortable.

Billion Stars Express bus transportation

Billion Stars express scheduled at 15:30 not yet arrive, my ticket is Billion Stars express scheduled at 16:00, also delayed. Another bus company scheduled at 16:30 arrived at 16:20 to pick up their passengers already. Now 16:36, the other bus already left the terminal.

Billion Stars express ticket is around RM 3.60, which translate to nearly 10% more expensive than other bus company ticket for the same departure and arrival terminal. This is totally unacceptable.

Billion Stars Express bus left us at the malaysian johor bahru border

On Wednesday, September 25, my colleague and I travelled using Billion Star Express to Singapore from Kuala Lumpur TBS. Everything was fine until we disembarked at the Immigration Centre on the Johor Bahru side. We didn't take long to pass the immigration counters but to our shock, the bus left us after the immigration. We bought the ticket and supposed to travel all the way to Marina Way, Singapore as the final destination.

I recalled everyone disembarked except for four Vietnamese gals. I suspect the bus drivers are involved in some kind of human trafficking syndicate. We suspect they left the rest of the passengers and took these gals to get their passport stamped and returned back to Malaysia without the obligation of getting us to our final destination.

We waited for almost one hour and decided to ask other bus drivers which are competitors to Billion. They silently told us that it happened alot with Billion Star that passengers are stranded like us before. They volunteed to take us to cross the border to the Woodlands side but they would not take off for another one hour later. So we decided to take the border crossing buses offered by Singapore for RM1.50. We were fortunate that we took all of our luggages with us. Moreover and strangely also that the Billion drivers never gave us instructions when we disembarked which further gave us the suspicion that something funny is about to happen.

This will be last time I am traveling on Billion Star Express.

With much regrets.

Billion Stars Express billion express bus

Dear billion express bus management, im writing this to express my deepest regret for using your bus service. I have book my bus that is supposed to depart at 1400hrs from TBS, but unfortunately the bus came at 1500hrs, 1 freaking hour delay. Then the bus is suppose to make way to Penang, but again unfortunately your guys make another stop at one utama, which is NOT included in the route plan. To the company management team, please improve your service quality. i hope this message get through to your top management. What a shame !

Billion Stars Express departure time

Greetings,

i am writing this to lodge a complain of such matter stated above.
i booked tickets for the departure time at 6.15am but it were combined with passenger that bought for departure at 7.15am.
the 1 hour difference will make me LATE for my appointed meeting time.
i can accept if the late arrival is because of the journey but this is simply because of inefficient of the operator.

Billion Stars Express time

I booked a ticket from Penang Sentral to Kl Sentral. The bus departed from Penang Sentral at 12.30 pm on 16/09/2019 and stop at Sungai Nibong Bus Station to pickup other passengers. I have to wait about 1 hour because the bus operator wanted to fill the empty seat. Time is money. Please manage the time so that we do not need to waste our precious time..
