On October 9, I bought a bus ticket at Easy Book. At the time I selected the time was 1:35 a.m and I chose the lower level seat 14A. On October 15, I arrived at Ipoh Amanjaya at 1:20 a.m. waited until about 2:00 a.m. and asked the staff on site, only to find that it was delayed until 3:00 a.m. I waited until 3:01 a.m. and asked the staff again, only to learn that the bus needed to arrive by 3:30 a.m. At 3:31 a.m., the bus arrived. The driver said (the seat is up there, you can sit anywhere). When I tried to go down to find my own seat, the driver said the same thing (all seats are up there, there are 32 seats enough to sit). If the seat is like that, why didn’t you give me the seat selection when I bought the ticket? You not only wasted my time but now make me feel like I’ve wasted my money.
