I am absolutely furious with the service from Star Billion Express. My trip was supposed to be at 4:00 PM, but the bus only showed up at 5:10 PM. Nobody bothered to inform us about the delay. The trip details were even removed from the screen, leaving all the passengers clueless.
When we asked the staff, they said they had no idea when the bus would arrive. Another staff member casually told us that this is “normal” with Star Billion because the drivers stop somewhere to rest and come late. People were complaining everywhere, but the staff just shrugged and said there’s nothing they can do. What kind of service is this?
I had an important meeting and planned everything so I could arrive two hours early, and this company completely ruined it.
To make it even worse, the bus that finally came wasn’t even Star Billion. It was Alibaba Express. When we asked why, they simply said it’s the same company. The seating was also free seating. I booked a single seat, but someone else was already sitting there and I was forced to take a double seat.
This whole experience was irresponsible, unprofessional, and honestly unacceptable. Star Billion seriously needs to fix their timing, communication, and respect for customers’ bookings. I will never recommend this service to anyone.
Recommendation: Use Star Billion only if you have unlimited time, zero expectations, and enjoy surprises. For everyone else, pick a more reliable bus company.
