Big Lots review: Rude manager

I go in your store every Wednesday and buy things. For the last 3 weeks your towels were on sale for 25% off. However, this week I went in and it rang up normal price (which I am sure I was paying normal price and didn't know it for the last 3 weeks) I had 6 towels at the register which were $14 a piece marked down to $10.50. The lady bringing me up said they weren't on sale. I said yes I have been coming here for 3 weeks and never checked the receipts but now i will and bought towels. She said ok I will call a manager I told her that would be great. A young woman came up I followed her back and showed her she took one of the towels and walked around the corner and another Manager came over her name was Angelique and I told her see the sign says beach towels and water shoes she said I CAN SEE IT. I said I was just showing you I am not lying that it says beach towels SHE SAID I SAID I CAN SEE in a rude voice and left me standing there. So I went back up the the front and she was behind the counter and said rudely I GOT IT. I told her You do not have to be rude. SHE SAID IN A VULGER VOICE I AM NOT BEING RUDE. I said you sure the hell are and you aren't going to talk to me that way. She picked up the towels and abruptly threw them in the arms of the other cashier and said YOU CAN CHECK HER OUT, I AM NOT GOING TO AND STOMPED AWAY. What kind of management is this? Since I give my phone number every time I want you to check to see if I have been getting the discounts on all the towels I have bought over the past month.2nd I would like to see Angelique written up, no reason for a Manager to act like a child and other customers agreed with me and so didn't the front register person. I shop this store frequently and never have I seen her there.
