I did an online order at the big lots' location in Hayward CA an employee by the name of Debra told me to come to the store location to pick up my order when I arrive the store manager tells me my order won't be ready until tomorrow I'm very upset I have kids that are getting ready for Easter and all this is not except able I want something done immediately...

Desired outcome: New employees very rude customer service
