I would like to register a complaint against the LPG distributor for collecting additional charges during delivery Stage.
* Booking Date: 04.03.2026 Payment Date: 04.03.2026 (Paid online) The distributor/delivery person demanded additional payment stating that the cylinder price was revised on 07.03.2026. However, my booking and full payment were already completed on 04.03.2026.When I asked the distributor for the official reason and authorization for collecting the additional amount, no proper explanation or written clarification was provided. As per fair consumer practices, once the booking is confirmed and payment is made online, I request BPCL to:1) Investigate this matter with the concerned distributor.2) Clarify the applicable pricing policy for bookings made before price revision.3) Ensure that no unauthorized charges are collected from consumers.
