BH Management Services review: Admin fee for residence at west place apartments

On 8/11 I applied to an apartment at residences of west place on 8/16 I went to the location to find out about my application status I spoke with Ashley who stated my application was denied due to not being able to see my paystubs clearly and ID she stated I would be refunded my admin fee via mail and that I would have to re apply I waited a week on 8/23 I went back to the property because I had not received my refund and spoke with Ashley about the refund she stated she had to speak with the manager Marlene which she did Marlene stated I was not due a refund because my application was denied because they could not verify the ID now it appears to me that this is a scam because I’ve been getting different stories first it was paystubs and ID not being clear now it’s An ID issue I am a single mother dealing with breast cancer and had a full mastectomy I feel like I was scammed by this property and I also feel like this has been done before I will take every action to make people aware of what is going on with this management company if there was a issue with documentation a simple phone or email would have been appreciated this is very unprofessional no wonder there are so many incidents at this location.
