On Jul 23, the Beyond Menu was hacked and someone used my account to order and pick up food in another state which got charged on my Discover card. I called the Beyond Menu explaining the situation and they agreed that the account has been used (hacked) in another state and originally agreed to credit. In the meantime, I had opened a case with Discover who issued a credit. One month later on August 23, Discover found in favor of me since Beyond Menu did not respond. Beyond Menu apparently didn’t bother to issue the credit and waited out the 60 day process before appealing. Then all they did was indicate it was valid to reverse the action and get their money.
DO NOT USE BEYOND MENU. This is a trend with them.
Desired outcome: Refund my $106.55 thru Discover.
