I made an order on 5/5/22, but until now (6/23/22), I haven't received it. They took my payment right away, though. I've reached out to this company several times, and every time they said it would ship this week. I've sent emails, but no response. Lately, I can't get anyone on the phone to check on my order. Starting to think I might have been scammed. Maybe I should've ordered through Amazon...
I gave $239.20 to this company on March 17th and they said my product would ship in 7 to 10 days
I gave $239.20 to this company on March 17th and they said my product would ship in 7 to 10 days. I called them twice and they keep saying they're not sure when it will ship. They keep telling me to wait, but they're not sure when I'll get it. They already took my money.

I ordered from ReadyWise on Friday 2/11/22 and it just sat in their inbox all weekend and Monday. I sent them emails on Monday but got no response. When I called on Tuesday 2/15/22, they told me they were closed on Monday. They never mentioned that they are closed on Mondays. I'm not happy that they took my money on Saturday, a day they claim to be closed. So I cancelled my order and asked for a full refund right away. Every time I try to contact customer service, they give me excuses and tell me to be patient. I just want my money back now. It's the least they can do for being so disappointing. It doesn't take a genius to reverse a credit card charge. I've done it before as a merchant and they can do it too! This is ridiculous. I don't care about their staffing or operating hours. My problem is that ReadyWise has my money and I don't have the products or the refund. I'm done waiting. My next step will be to dispute the charge with my bank or file a complaint with the attorney general's office.
