Geek Squad review: Terrible customer support

My speaker stopped working on my i phone 12 Pro Max I called Apple to find out the Apple Store In Trumbull Connecticut was closed permanently but I had the option to use Best Buy Geek Squad in North Haven, CT to get my phone fixed.
I then tried to call the Best Buy store to find out how that would work as the person who I was speaking to had zero information as to how that would work.
I simply needed to know if I was to drive a half and hour away each way would I be able to have same day service or would they expect me to leave my phone as this would not be an option for me as I do business on my phone daily. The representatives who I could barely understand from another country would not give me the extension number to the store as they DO NOT TAKE PHONE CALLS.
I was hung up on three times. I am a long term Total Tech Support customer who does not appreciate being hung up on.
So this option of going to the Geek Squad to get a phone repaired is utter nonsense. They expect you to leave your phone for two to three days!
I don't know about anyone else but leaving my phone with them for three days is not acceptable and not an option!
The fact that Apple thinks this is an acceptable option made me decide to go for the repair of my speaker rather than buying another device from a company that does not value their customers.
The Geek Squad used to be good but now that they do not allow you to speak to someone from this country or from their store is a deal breaker for me!
