Bershka review: Product and service!

I bought a black blazer dress with a silver chain detail (39.99) from jervis shopping centre in Dublin 2 months ago for a party next week. Size was too big so I got my sister to change it about 3 weeks ago at the whitewater store to a size large. The woman that served her changed the dress and gave her a dress with no button on it! Which I have only notice now as I only received it from my sister yesterday as she was working also! Checked today and the dress has no button! Really not impressed as I buy from this company all of the time both online and instore.
