Berrada Properties review: They put me in a deep depression in 2022

In 2022, Berrada Properties put me in a deep,deep depression,Because what happened was when Jomela Properties owned the apartment 3103 West Wells Street apartment building until early 2022 and they sold the apartment building to Berrada Properties! Berrada Properties was doing construction inside & outside of the apartment and it caused rats to come inside my apartment,Me and My family killed 9 rats inside my apartment, The rats chewed and left droppings on my clothes and my other stuff! I had to throw away my stuff in the garbage dumpster that the rats chewed up and left dropping on. I was scared to go to the bathroom and go to the kitchen,because of those rats,When I was sleeping inside my bed with my kids, A rat crawled inside the bed and scared me and my kids! I called Berrada Properties and I could not get an answer, I left a message on Youssef 'Joe' Berrada's voicemail, I called WISN 12 news reporter Hillary Mintz and told her what happened to me inside my apartment and I told her that Me & My brother got to go, She came to Berrada Properties corporate office located at 9049 North 76th Street in Milwaukee,Wisconsin to speak with Youssef 'Joe' Berrada about the rat problem inside my apartment and The front door was locked, Hillary Mintz came to the corporate office the next day to talk to Youssef 'Joe' Berrada, but the big black security guy told her that she have to call to schedule an appointment. Youssef 'Joe' Berrada called Hillary Mintz and He left a message on her voice mail about the rat problem in my apartment,His voice mail message said He's gonna get maintenance to come over and put wooden boards up against the basement windows to prevent the rats from coming inside the apartment building! I told WISN 12 news that I'm withholding my rent from Berrada Properties and They evicted me from my apartment for non payment of rent, because of the rat infestatation and They put an eviction on my record on October 26, 2022 for non payment of rent and I lost my eviction case against Berrada Properties 96 LLC on February 10, 2023, I got a 20 year eviction on my record until 2042! I cannot rent and get a new apartment until 2042, Stay away from Berrada Properties, Do not rent to them,Because they will screw you,mess you up and tarnish your reputation!
