Alliance Furnishings offered (by a quite significant amount) the lowest price on the internet for the piece of furniture I was buying. They communicated clearly and often to apprise me of the status of the order. When, through no fault of their own, the furniture was damaged in transit, they responded very quickly, thoroughly, and courteously, ensuring that the item was re-shipped. They continually checked on the reshipment status and emailed me so that I was kept abreast of the situation. When delivered, they checked in again to confirm all was good. Overall, they have superb customer service.

What a great place to find your furniture needs. We found a Flexsteel *** that we fell in love with but the stores around us were back ordered and couldn't tell us when the pieces would arrive. After searching the internet I came across Alliance Furnishings. Because they are a distributor, they could see inventories nationwide. They found what we wanted and we purchased it at a great price savings over the retail stores. It was shipped directly to us. It looks great in our new townhouse! We highly recommend Alliance Furnishings and will buy from them again when the need arises! Check them out!

Alliance Furnishings gave me excellent service in finding two furniture items I had been looking to find for months! After a horrible experience with ***, who was local, I was skeptical because of the large amount of funds I would need to spend for the furniture, but I reached out to Alliance Furnishings and they delivered well! They gave me a local feel because they engaged with me throughout the process to get my furniture. Even when the vendor forgot a leg on one of my chairs, they jumped right on the matter and was able to get it resolved. A special thank you to Linda, Jennifer, and Raby for excellent service! I will definitely buy from AF again!

Totally Exceeding My Expections ! As a first time customer, we had an issue with a leather reclinner that we purchased through Alliance. You truly find our about friends and businesses, when there is a problem. Our problem was "all caused by the delivery company". Alliance had nothing to do with it, but once we submitted pictures, they immediately made arrangements for the chair and promptly arranged for the return of our purchace funds. They truly exceeded our expectations. Alliance proved, beyond a doubt, that they will protect and take care of their customers, without hesitation. I Highly Recomment Alliance Furnishings, where you can purchase with confidence. Thank You Alliance Furnishings !

Just received my bookcase. Experience was awesome. Was initially nervous about ordering furniture online, but Monica was awesome during all the pre-delivery activity and was super responsive. Managed to get the bookcase about $200 cheaper than everywhere else I looked too. During delivery, the delivery company didn't put the furniture together, which I don't blame Alliance for, however the delivery company wasn't great as they were late and didn't know how to put the furniture together. The following day the service rep Raby, called/facetimed from his personal cell and told us how to put the book case together. It now looks awesome. Huge shout out to Raby who saved the day. Only feedback i would give is just for the company to be more readily available by phone as opposed to email. But that's personal preference. 5to Monica and Raby

I'll admit, I was nervous at first ordering a bedroom set from an online only company (based in ***, I live in ***) sight unseen. But I couldn't be happier! The bedroom set (by ***) is great quality and arrived in perfect condition! It did take 3 months to get the furniture (was delayed at least once from the original timeline provided), but given all the supply chain issues (due to Covid), you just have to have patience. Alliance kept me updated and the company they worked with to do the final delivery and white glove setup was very professional and did a fabulous job! I love my new bedroom furniture! Another plus was when I did order, Alliance did give me some additional options with the set from what was listed on their site. The original set on the site had only one bedside table but they were able to add another table for about $200 less than adding it a la carte."
