Attention to detail. Happy I had my agreement in place. I had a technician out the very next day after I called. Plan to renew it! *** identified the problem and quickly went to work to correct it

Have had several repairs performed by Bell out of Jacksonville, NC that exceeded all expectations for communication, timeliness, expertise and reliability. The only appliance repair folks I would use!

Super quick getting the new washer in and the old out. Even the entire buying process was quick and easy. The woman out front helped out so much to ensure we got a washer we would be happy with in the long run

Bells appliance is a great company. My washer quit working and the very next day they had a technician out to fix it. Everyone is extremely nice and very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for appliances.

Service went well. Technician was knowledgeable and took his time to try to find source. Neither technician nor I feel the problem is fixed permanent but by unplugging controller and replugging in, range is operable again. Technician provided cost of a new controller.

Everyone involved was great. From the service guy who came initially to the delivery guys. Very friendly and helpful. I loved the option of putting the cost of the service visit toward a scratch and dent replacement model. 5 stars well earned. I will highly recommend you in the future.

The tech that came and assessed our appliance was courteous, knowledgeable, and very thorough with the service that he provided. I appreciated how he talked me through the things he was doing and explained how the appliance worked and potential causes of the issues. Highly recommend this service provider.

I left my ice machine at Bell's Appliance in early June and paid them $736.42 on 06/30 for repairs. When I got it back home, it only made one batch of ice before it stopped working again. I called the technician, ***, who was working on it and he sent someone to pick it up. I didn't hear anything for four weeks, so I started calling them once a week for updates. But no one would answer or return my calls. I went to the shop on 08/26 and talked to ***, who said he would call me the next day. But he hasn't called me yet. I've been leaving messages once a week for updates, but no one will return my call.

Bell's Appliance Repair came over to my place and found out that my fridge's compressor was busted. They offered to help me get a new one, which was cool. I called the fridge maker (), but they said they couldn't cover the labor cost since it had been a while. But they said the compressor was still under warranty, so Bell's just had to ask for a replacement and it would be free. Bell's said they needed proof that I bought the fridge so they wouldn't charge me for the new part. But I told them my grandpa, who bought the fridge, passed away from COVID-19 and we couldn't find the receipt. Even though I showed them that *** would pay for the part, Bell's wouldn't help me out since I didn't have the proof of purchase.

ngly, but this experience has been a nightmare. Bell's was supposed to fix my refrigerator, but they never did. The serviceman came to my house and said it was not worth repairing, but then later they said they would fix it. After waiting for 8 weeks, the serviceman finally came back, but he refused to fix it and said I created a hostile environment, which is not true. Now the warranty company is denying my claim and I am left without a refrigerator. This has been a terrible experience and I do not recommend Bell's Appliance, Inc.
